"I initially chose another hotel, but wasn't satisfied. Then I came to Lan Ou Hotel, and it felt like a breath of fresh air. The room has a big bed and a comfortable sofa to lounge on. It's located next to a residential area, so it's super quiet at night for sleeping. They even offer Fujian local snacks for breakfast! The hotel front desk service is also very attentive; they were still actively answering questions even near midnight. I'd recommend this place to anyone flying in or just arriving in Fuzhou. Plus, it's close to a street full of delicious food. Definitely avoid hotels near the highway; they're noisy at night. In short, if you're in Fuzhou, choose Lan Ou!"

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just about 200 meters from Dongjiekou Metro Station and 80-100 meters from Nanjie Bus Stop. You can easily walk to Sanfang Qixiang. It's right next to Dayang Department Store and across from Dongbai, with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, so you never have to worry about finding food. This time, we chose the Jimu King Bed Room, which had a bay window where we could sit, drink tea, and enjoy the view outside. The tea beverages in the mini-bar were delicious. The hotel itself is new, clean, and tidy. The soundproofing isn't great, but it didn't affect our sleep because everything else about the hotel was so good that we could overlook the sound issue. We are very satisfied with this hotel; the whole family loved it and said they would definitely stay here again on their next trip to Fuzhou. Choosing the right hotel makes a trip largely successful and significantly increases your fondness for the city."

"The hygiene was decent. It's an express hotel, so the hallway was a bit narrow, and the floor mats looked a bit old and dirty. The noise from the housekeepers cleaning outside the rooms was very loud inside. On my floor, there's a big ramp that the cleaning robots can't climb, making it inconvenient to leave things outside the room door. After 4 PM, housekeeping was about to leave and asked if I wanted cleaning. I asked them to empty the trash, and the housekeeper was in a big hurry, which made for a very poor experience. It was a Friday, and the hotel raised its prices by 80 RMB compared to the previous day, but they didn't offer me a room upgrade, which I was very unhappy about. However, I can understand not getting an upgrade. Since the service was just mediocre, and I didn't want the hassle, I didn't bother asking for a room type upgrade myself. The chair in my room was Japanese-style, not very comfortable for sitting, but it did give off a relaxed vibe. The window in the room was too small. I won't be staying here again. However, the street outside the window was quite quiet, which I liked."

"This is probably the best hotel built by local farmers I've ever stayed at in China. While the style is a bit heavy, the amenities and quality for the price are absolutely impeccable. The airport transfer service is also fantastic – they pick you up whenever you request, not on a fixed schedule. Best of all, I accidentally left my jacket in the room and only realized it at the airport. After contacting the hotel, the driver brought it to me on their next airport run. Super convenient!"

"A perfect travel experience! Fuzhou Shangri-La is like a fine wine, getting better with age.
Facilities: Although it's nearly 30 years old, the interior decoration and facilities show no signs of aging. The moment you step into the lobby and smell the signature Shangri-La fragrance, the Fuzhou heat is instantly left behind, allowing you to relax and enjoy the hotel's amenities and services. If you get tired of the hotel, you can always explore the adjacent mall.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with all amenities well-stocked. A special thanks to the housekeeping staff. My child threw up on the sheets in the middle of the night after eating too many cherry tomatoes at the executive lounge, and the housekeeping team promptly helped change the bedding and offered the usual Shangri-La care.
Service: The service is top-notch, consistently providing that 'home away from home' feeling. We received welcome fruits and white fungus soup upon check-in.
An unexpected surprise: The hotel's GM, Eric, used to be the GM of Beijing Shangri-La. I even met him in the Beijing Shangri-La lobby ten years ago.
When traveling, Shangri-La is always the safest choice, and you deserve it."

"This hotel is really great! I honestly didn't expect such a good place at this price point. The room was much more spacious than I anticipated, and the decor was stylish, not just another cookie-cutter business style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. In the evening, I ordered some takeout to my room, and 'Huaxing' at the front desk had a robot deliver it super fast, which was a fantastic experience – perfect for someone like me who's on a business trip for several days. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!"

"Full marks, highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton Changle! My overall stay this time exceeded expectations, and I must specifically commend Max at the front desk.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was efficient and smooth. Max was enthusiastic and friendly throughout, patiently verifying my reservation details, proactively explaining breakfast hours and the gym's location, and thoughtfully providing information on local transportation. When I asked about parking and room types, her answers were detailed and professional, without any perfunctory responses.
The hotel lobby is spacious and tidy, the guest rooms are clean and odor-free, the bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is good. The amenities are new and complete, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options. It’s excellent value for money. The entire service team is highly professional, and Max's attentive service made my trip particularly comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the room smelled delicious. All toiletries, including the bath towels, were disposable, so they were safe to use. Any needs were met, including a pick-up and drop-off service, and you could rent an electric scooter. When the owner picked us up at the station, he offered us milk tea after we'd missed our meals. During the May Day holiday, he gathered everyone for a barbecue and chat, and his hands were practically spitting out sparks from the skewers he was skewering. The only downside was being woken one morning by the sound of firecrackers outside. 😂

They even offered a free late checkout until 3 PM and complimentary breakfast, which was very helpful as I had something to attend to that day. The front desk service was excellent and very thoughtful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Fuzhou.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It's perfectly situated within the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys scenic area, yet it offers a peaceful retreat, ideal for a vacation. The underground parking is a big plus for those traveling by car.
The hotel facilities are excellent. All the furniture is solid wood, adding a beautiful, classic charm. My room even came with a small garden patio.
The service was warm and welcoming, and the complimentary goodnight dessert soup was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff greeted me with warm, polite smiles, and the check-in process was quick and smooth, without any unnecessary delays. **Cleanliness**: Clean and tidy. They even provide face towels, and the toilet is sterilized.

The soundproofing was excellent, as the hotel upgraded us to a higher floor room, so we couldn't hear any outside noise. The location is super convenient, really close to the subway station and a food street, which was a big plus! The hotel staff were also very helpful and patient in explaining things. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

Piaoyi-888The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

It's also only 1.6 km from Sanfang Qixiang, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good too, so I slept very soundly at night.
