"The window faced the Parliament building directly – what an incredible view! The hotel is right by the Danube River, and it's an easy walk to Fisherman's Bastion. Breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. Definitely worth recommending!"

"Good 1. Location was amazing, i could reach commercial area easily by walking, but it’s a bit far from the parliament, around 20 mins walk 2. Breakfast included, buffet breakfast with normal breakfast choices e.g. scrambled eggs, croissant, etc 3. Was clean and quiet Needs some improvement 1. It was a bit crowded at the lobby when I arrived so had to wait for check in 2. The shape of the room was a bit odd, i don’t if it was only mine but the window was so small to call it as a window"

"The service here is truly outstanding. The reception team is professional, efficient, and always welcoming. Everything was handled smoothly and quickly, which is especially important when traveling for business. The breakfast is excellent, high quality, fresh, and with a very good variety. Even during busy hours, everything is well organized and constantly refilled. The staff works very professionally and maintains a pleasant atmosphere. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. The metro station is just a one-minute walk away, with a direct connection to the city center in about 8–10 minutes. The Arena shopping mall is also very close, so you have everything you need within walking distance, restaurants, shops, and services. "We spent three nights at this hotel with our two children (8 and 11 years old) and were completely satisfied all around. We really liked the hotel, both the rooms and the overall atmosphere. The child-friendliness is particularly noteworthy. There are dedicated play areas for children in both the lobby and the restaurant. In the lobby, there's something for every age. The highlight for our children was the Xbox, which kept them perfectly entertained. The breakfast was excellent and left nothing to be desired. There was a large selection of dishes, so there was truly something for everyone. We were particularly impressed by the beverage station: various tea and coffee specialties, fresh tea to brew yourself, and a juicer with which you could prepare fresh juice. Another plus point is the small pool. While you shouldn't expect a large spa area, it was perfect for cooling down for an hour or two, especially with the hot temperatures. Furthermore, the pool was never overcrowded, so we could enjoy it in a pleasant and quiet atmosphere. The hotel also has a modern fitness room. Although we didn't use it, it made a very well-maintained, new, and well-equipped impression. For guests who want to train even on vacation, this is certainly another plus. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can unreservedly recommend the hotel, especially to families with children. We would stay here again anytime. I would also like to add that all the staff were very helpful and friendly, both at the reception and in the restaurant. It is a large but nevertheless a very quiet hotel. You could sleep very peacefully at night."

"Location is perfect as very near to chain bridge and castle. Can walk around to all the attractions or take bus or tram as both are nearby. If you have bulky luggage, little troublesome as hotel is on a slope of 25 metres. It’s old hotel, so be prepared…aircon not cool enough. Breakfast was nice. Filtered cool water provided at lobby, good taste and saves money."

"Facilities: Relatively new. Cleanliness: Excellent, thoroughly cleaned. Environment: Convenient location, close to major attractions. The airport express line is just an 8-minute walk downstairs. Service: I'd like to elaborate on this. We arrived around 6 PM, and there were four front desk staff available for check-in, but the process was incredibly slow. We were told we needed to pay an extra 20 Euros per night for an upgrade, otherwise, we'd be assigned a ground-floor room, where most areas are occupied by the restaurant and gym. So, we agreed to the upgrade. After all three of our rooms paid for the upgrade, one was given a room at the very end of the hall, another had a key card that wouldn't work, and one room had a welcome card with another Marriott Titanium member's name on it. :) If you have high expectations for service, you might want to consider other options."

"Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The location is absolutely incredible !!! Just step outside, and you’re already in the heart of the city, surrounded by its most iconic landmarks. The service exceeded all expectations! We were warmly welcomed and even offered early check-in, which was a wonderful surprise. The Estilo Fashion Hotel has great service, a comfortable room and a good location. We arrived in Budapest much later than expected and were very thankful to the staff and their speedy check in process that allowed us to get to our river cruise reservation on time. The staff were friendly and helpful each time we interacted with them. The location was perfect for us. We were steps away from the Fővám tér station which had metro and tram service to many of Budapest's major sites like the parliament, chain bridge, Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion and many more. We were also steps away from the large Central Market Hall and we were on the popular Vaci Street so there were plenty of souvenirs, restaurants, bars, cafes and other conveniences close by. We took the metro from the station by the hotel that gave us easy access to the Kelenfold Station (to get to/from Vienna or Bratislava), The room was compact but there was enough space for all of our things. It was a bit narrow with the placement of the desk and chair at the foot of the bed but we shuffled around to get by. There was a large storage cabinet as well as hangers for our things to help get stuff out of the way. The room has a mini fridge and we got a kettle and tea from the front desk during our stay. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. The room ran a bit hot but the large window helped bring in some cool and fresh air. The bathroom was good with good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. They have an all in one body wash in the shower and some body lotion by the sink too. We did bring some of our products but the hotel's was decent too. They had a towel rack which made our towels nice and warm and helped dry off our swimming stuff after a nice visit to the Széchenyi Thermal Baths. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. They had very good scrambled eggs, breads and a tray of cured meats and cheeses each day. They also had a good variety of spreads and healthy items to choose from. We liked having yoghurt with a variety of seeds in it. The juice and coffee selection was nice too to help start our day. Getting there early wasn't a big issue for us but we found as it got busier not everything was consistently available.

Check-in time was flexible; we arrived early and were immediately given a room to rest, which was a huge plus for those arriving on early flights. Our standard room was on the 5th floor, a typical hotel room setup with good natural light and plenty of sunshine. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. In contrast, the bathroom had a much more distinctive design. A highlight was the small spa pool on the basement level, which had a unique vibe, wasn't crowded, and was very relaxing. It's complimentary for guests. While the hotel breakfast didn't have a huge selection, everything was relatively tasty, especially the Hungarian baked eggs, which were exactly to my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended! PS: There was a wedding party on the day we checked in, and the music was quite loud at night, but fortunately, we couldn't hear it much from the 5th floor.

An excellent hostel! It's clean and safe, and the kitchen and bathrooms are spacious and spotless. It's much better managed than any other hostel I've stayed in! The front desk staff are also very helpful when you encounter any issues. A special thanks to Mimi from the staff for her help! I didn't have cash and couldn't pay for the bus with my card, so the kind Mimi gave me an unused transportation card 😭. She truly saved my day! Mimi is the definition of a beautiful person with a kind heart! Haha, I wonder if it's appropriate to post her picture here? But she's really amazing! This hostel is great too! Highly recommend staying here.

Clean, comfortable stay with very helpful staff I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Budapest. The staff were very nice and professional, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also appreciated that the wake-up call came on time, which was important for my schedule. The room had good basic facilities, including tea, coffee, water and air conditioning, all of which worked well. Reception was also very responsive: when I reported noise from a nearby room late in the evening, after midnight, they reacted quickly and handled the situation, which helped me feel looked after. The only downside was that some small amenities were not provided, such as a toothbrush, cotton pads and slippers, so it is worth bringing your own. Overall, it was a good and reliable stay, especially because of the clean room, helpful staff and quick service from reception.

Well located and a lovely place to stay in Zadar. The room has an AC and it works perfectly fine. The size of a sleeping box is great and allow you to flip your body whole night without stressing yourself from being considerate to your roommates. The best part is the reception who push the experience to the best outcome, very lovely, cheerful, and helpful. Definitely recommended👍.

From the moment we arrived, hotel team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail and the kindness shown to us throughout our visit. Due to a flight baggage delay, we were anxious about our journey in Budapest. He was very patient to explain what we can do and the hotel would try to help to collect my luggage when BA delivers the missing baggage to hotel. Every request was handled promptly and thoughtfully, making us feel truly valued as guests. In day two, another front desk staff helped to received the baggages with detail correspondence, this action helped me to do the claim with airline. He was amazingly thoughtful and concidered all my concerns to this matter. At the end of my stay, my family left a backpack in the lobby and called the hotel to find it, the front desk staff quickly helped me to locate my backpack, kept it for my collection. I can’t say more to express my satisfaction to your whole team. Your team’s dedication and passion for providing excellent service made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. It is clear that you take great pride in ensuring your guests have the best possible experience. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who looked after us. We will certainly recommend your hotel to our family and friends, and we look forward to staying with you again in the future. Thank you once again for making our trip so enjoyable.

The location is central, which is convenient. The hotel facilities are complete, with lockers, locks, and a private bathroom and shower. The only downside is that the shower is too small and shared between men and women, which compromises privacy. There's a kitchen where you can boil water and heat food, which is a plus.

The service here is good and the accommodation is also very good. The bathroom is also very good overall. The accommodation is on the opposite side of the reception, but it was worth it. The airport bus stop is also close, so I definitely recommend it.
