Location of the hotel is very close to taksim square The apartment was excellent & available all you needs. Onwer of the hotel is very friendly. Family trip can be recommended.

The staffs here is so helpful and solve your problems in Istanbul (not only in the hotel) . Strongly recommended to stay in this hotel. But it is very popular so need to book soon.

This hotel is 5 mins walk away from Taksim square, so it was convenient to explore the area on foot. The staff were friendly. It offered simple breakfast included in my reservation. The room is pretty good size. However, bathroom was a bit too tight space. And my other suggestion is to change the bed sheet and linen. Other than that, it was a good budget choice for the location.

The hallway was like a maze, there was mold growing on the bathroom ceiling and every corner, and the socks left behind by the previous traveler were still there. Taksim Square and the airport bus are not far, but not that close either. I only stayed for 2 days and moved to another hotel. I don't want to go back to this hotel.

The location was excellent. It was near the Taksim Square, near a metro station. No steep alley. The staff were very kind and helpful. They speak English very well. The breakfast buffet was excellent for this hotel. The room was ok. The air conditioner should be better. The only problem was the cleaning; they could work on that a little (like grooming ...).

The hotel is so terrible that there aren't enough words to describe it! The location is in a horrible, not very safe, neighbourhood. The staff are rude and not friendly at all. The breakfast is limited to a plate with no variety and the lady chef is impolite. As for the room it's good for little kids! It's small and the bathroom is so damn tiny. To avoid at all cost!!!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The hotel has a best place, near to many places and fasilities. I was happy there. recommend this hotel. Next year vocation God willing I'll stay in this hotel.

dirty towels, small room with bed dirty smell cigarette with very very small toilet. Impolit chef in kitchen who is very crazy shouting on people always prepare the tastless food that you can take only one plate. They don't have open buffet.The receptionist is impolite. The local is horrible you feel that you are with criminal people and very dangerous not safe. I advise you not visit this place
