Considering its pricing its definitely a budget hotel and should be reviewed as such too. For a budget hotel they gave us a very clean room and a clean bathroom. The fittings are a bit old. It had hot water but never used it because of the high temperatures in Jaffna. I think its value for what they offer. Do not book with breakfast because you are at their mercy at what is provided. I thought the breakfast was below par. Service and the staff are excellent. Nice, friendly, and accommodating. The pictures are from a long time back. The place looked a bit run down. We did not mind as we spent most of the time sight seeing and only came to sleep. For that purpose this was great."

"This is one of the best options to stay in Jaffna. It’s not in the city centre, more on the outskirts of the city , there’s nothing around, so you basically plan your time in the resort. The hotel itself is nice , the rooms look a bit old but clean , there was no hot water in our room. The territory of the hotel is beautiful with the pool , restaurant, little museums to visit (ex bunkers). The food in the restaurant is yummy , the staff is friendly and polite, especially Scotty , he was very helpful and nice to us during our stay. Good experience at this hotel, just the water situation in the rooms should be improved."

"Beautiful place, too expensive for its category, its comfort and its location in comparison with other accommodation of the same type: 9000 SLR (26€) for a double with breakfast. Pretty villa outside, in a pleasant garden. The welcome from Robby and his assistant, who are employees, is warm. The interior of the villa is very simple. A few rooms with minimum comfort, small, tastelessly furnished. No decoration. Air conditioning, fan, television. Clean laundry. Very small but functional bathroom. The villa is far from everything. As it does not offer meals, you have to go to town by car if you want to eat. (on foot it takes 30 minutes one way). Breakfast is minimalist. The driver who was staying there was not even allowed morning tea. Damage"
