"Stayed at Jaffna Casa Hotel for 7 days, during my stay, the room was. Clean, spacious and comfortable. And air conditioned work well, which made the room pleasant to relax in. The bathroom was neat and came with basic toiletries and fresh towels."

"We stayed here recently for one night as the Heritage Hotel was fully booked. The rooms are large and comfortable however the bathrooms are smaller than across the road at the Heritage hotel. The villa is only a few steps from the Nallur Temple and as we stayed during the festival it was interesting to see the devotees walk by. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Recommended!"

"From the moment I arrived at Thinnai Hotel, I felt genuinely welcomed. A massive shout-out to the receptionist staff, Princi and Vithursha, who were incredibly warm, friendly, and hospitable from the very beginning. They immediately made me feel like I had chosen the perfect place to stay. The suite room was absolutely fantastic — spacious, beautiful, luxurious, and very comfortable. The pool area was also excellent and added to the overall experience. Later, I visited the bar for a few drinks and tried the hot cuttlefish, which was delicious. The barman, Rokeerththanan, provided outstanding service throughout the evening. He was very informative, attentive, and made some excellent recommendations. He recommended their special “Only in Yal” cocktail, which he personally prepared, and it was absolutely amazing — definitely one of the highlights of my stay. What impressed me most was the level of hospitality and service from the entire team. They accommodated all my needs, including a late check-out, and every request I made was handled more than promptly and professionally. I truly felt looked after and valued throughout my stay. Overall, the service was top-class from start to finish, and the experience was worth every single cent. Sadly, I’m only staying for one night, but I will definitely return again for a much longer stay. A huge thank you and big shout-out to the staff and management for doing such a fantastic job. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back again!"

"Beautiful place, too expensive for its category, its comfort and its location in comparison with other accommodation of the same type: 9000 SLR (26€) for a double with breakfast. Pretty villa outside, in a pleasant garden. The welcome from Robby and his assistant, who are employees, is warm. The interior of the villa is very simple. A few rooms with minimum comfort, small, tastelessly furnished. No decoration. Air conditioning, fan, television. Clean laundry. Very small but functional bathroom. The villa is far from everything. As it does not offer meals, you have to go to town by car if you want to eat. (on foot it takes 30 minutes one way). Breakfast is minimalist. The driver who was staying there was not even allowed morning tea. Damage"

"This was my third visit to this hotel spanning many years. The owners who took over the management of the hotel since four years ago, have done exceeding all expectations and have not only been consistent with standards but have improved them tremendously. The hotel is just under five minutes walk from the Jaffna Railway station! Front office under FM Gopi and with Ms Thuza begins the hospitality experience from booking to check out. We arrived early morning 2.45 am still had a fast fantastic check in. Rooms are large very very kept under excellent housekeeping. The Restaurant and Kitchen is a marvel beyond description! If one wants to savor the best Jaffna cuisine and taste this is it, best ingredients, best chefs and all authentic. This is a must visit destination to any North Bound traveller to Sri Lanka. Central to town, Nallur Kovil, Keerimalai , Jaffna Dutch Fort ."

"Staff made our stay very enjoyable. Room was very Clean, air conditioning was working, free tea at anytime, we were allowed to make our own meals. We bought fresh seafood from the nearby fish market and paid a small amount to the hotel for the access to the kitchen and cooked and had a great feast. "

"The RESTAURANT is managed fantastically well by Mr S.A.M. ZAHIN. He runs a great VERY BUSY restaurant, where the kitchen Chefs and team work extremely hard to produce excellent food. The menu is extensive and very varied. The front of house waiting staff are also well trained and polite. I would rate this restaurant as OUTSTANDING. I have been in hospitality for over 40 years plus! So I know when I experience superb service. Well done Mr ZAHIN. bravo 👏 👏"
