If you just need a place to stay and sleep.

The place is pretty Old. They don’t have heater during the winter so it’s gonna be cold

My money was not returned. I have booked twice in this hotel and they have never refunded my money. Refusing to refund someone's money if they don't receive service is a scam. Please I want my money back.

Less neat than expected. Very compact room and restroom. Room is apt for the price range. Just to sleep in the night for solo travellers, you can consider booking here.

no AC at room, feel so bad

You'll experience the worst kind of rudeness, filth, stench, and discomfort you've ever experienced anywhere in the country. The towels smell musty, and the floors are so dirty you'll have to throw away your socks. More than anything, the old man at the counter acts more like he wants to just take your money and kick you out than welcome you. He even used the expression "old people..." to my parents, who came with me, making me wonder if he even knows how to treat guests properly. You'll experience the smell of cigarettes and air conditioning everywhere, from the bathroom to the rooms and hallways. There are no air conditioning remotes in each room, and when you ask for one, they say you don't need to turn it on and refuse to give it to you. I don't know what they mean or if they're just a fart... It's so hot that everyone smokes inside with their doors open all night, permeating the building with a heavy cigarette smell, and mold and dust are everywhere. Every time I move the blanket or curtains, dust gets released, causing me to cough and sneeze constantly. This is truly the worst accommodation I've ever experienced in my life.

It's an old hotel, so you can go there just by looking at the price. The location is across from Halla Hospital, so transportation is easy. It's 10 minutes from the airport. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

Complete basic facilities, average sanitary conditions, poor environment, poor service

This was the worst accommodation I used when I went on a business trip to Jeju Island. The glass in the window was broken, the wallpaper was damaged, the shower hose was broken, the shampoo holder was missing, and it smelled like cigarettes, making it really uncomfortable to use.

The hotel is not very clean and the facilities are very poor. The shower handles in my room are broken and it is very noisy. However, the location is very convenient and the price is very cheap. It is suitable for people who travel in special groups.

The room is clean, the facilities are a bit simple but it's okay, the location is excellent, opposite is the Lotte Duty Free Shop, bus station and taxi station, travel is so convenient, it's the second choice.
