Response from Property: The heating system is not only in the bedroom but also in the living room, so when you turn on the heater in the living room in the winter, the shower room and bathroom are also warmed to some extent. However, in April, when the guest stayed, the weather was not so cold that people sometimes wore short sleeves outside, so we did not turn on the heater in the living room. Furthermore, our accommodation is conveniently located for traveling all over Jeju Island using public transportation in Jeju City, so for guests like you who rest in their rooms during the day and use the accommodation facilities, the guesthouse using the common areas may be somewhat inconvenient. Still, we tried our best to take care of you, but we are sorry that you were not satisfied. Although our accommodation cannot satisfy all guests, we are doing our best so that many guests can make good memories in Jeju Island.

Response from Property: If the location is really good, it's in the center of a commercial district with good infrastructure, you can walk to Lotte Shilla Duty Free, and the surrounding area is very lively at night, isn't that a really good accommodation? Haha, but if it's a place with these advantages, the rent and real estate prices are naturally the highest in Jeju Island, so if you want to find a place with good facilities, you'll have to pay more~ It's close to Jeju Airport, so there are many guests who come late at night on the first night of their arrival and just sleep, and there are also many who come the day before to go to the airport to get to the airport comfortably. The more criteria you have for choosing accommodation, the higher the cost you'll pay, so if you consider that when choosing accommodation, you'll be more satisfied with your stay.

Response from Property: As you may have noticed from the pictures on the wall, before Corona, we often had parties with guests, and we had really fun having trilingual parties in English, Chinese, and Korean. However, due to the ban on gatherings during Corona, parties have become less frequent, and since we are not a party specialist, we are now satisfied with occasionally chatting with like-minded guests and having a drink. Since it is a city center with well-equipped infrastructure, rather than the quietness of a quiet area, there are some downsides to it, so I hope those who are choosing accommodations will carefully consider their accommodation preferences before making a reservation. For your information, I have been happily living in the room right next door for several years. Haha

Response from Property: When traveling abroad to an unfamiliar country, I recommend staying in the city where public transportation and infrastructure are good, rather than in the suburbs, and traveling to tourist attractions during the day, and eating at delicious restaurants that are open late at night near the accommodation and enjoying the evening. In that sense, our accommodation is a good value accommodation for solo travelers~haha
