酒店位於老城的中心位置,距離城堡很近。早餐令人失望,品種太少了。前台幫助預訂了出租車👍

Hotel espectacular.

Overall it was comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly. Not a huge pool area but did manage to get a sunbed everyday. Rooms a little bit dated but were were spending 3 full days exploring Cádiz and Jerez that we didn’t actually spend a lot of time there, just to shower and sleep. If you get a good rate then do it, otherwise it’s okay

Honestly I think the only reason they have 4 stars is because they comply with certain things like having reception overnight. I arrived to my room and there was hair in the shower, I kindly asked the receptionist to sort it out, after three hours I came back and the hairs were still there, she said the cleaning crew had sorted it out, clearly not. The rooms are outdated and the pool is ridiculous I wish I had gotten the three star hotel my friends got which was much better.

Arrived in Jerez by train from Cadiz ( €4.50 p/p) ( 2 coffees and 2 iberico ham tostadas for €10 at Cadiz station) The hotel reception staff gave a warm welcome and offered to store luggage safely. At check in I was told the room was ready so no need to store luggage. I upgraded to a family room which had a sofa/ sofa bed room with fridge, mini bar, kettle station and local info. Then a spacious bedroom with seating area, and further area for storing bags, with safe and hanging space. The en-suite was large with double sink, walk in shower, bath, loo and bidet, plenty of fresh towels, gowns, slippers, toiletries and hairdryer. Breakfast is available for €14 p/p. The reception area had plenty of comfy seating, lots of tourist information and an afternoon station with coffee, water and cakes available. On the roof was a small pool and decking area with seating and a few parasols. Lifts to all floors. A perfect city hotel only yards from the main square and good value for money.

We stayed for one night in room 203, it was an excellent room. I think it was perhaps one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in - very spacious, with a great bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great central location. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerez.

Location as well as friendly front desk girls during our one-night stay. The room was small, and our views were a very close wall to our window as well as a close window from a neighbor room; we felt claustrophobic. The hotel has a mini pool not worthy to visit. No bar or restaurant. Their pool towel is ridiculous. You have to deposit 10 euros/cheap towel; this is an unfriendly policy to guests. I come to a hotel to enjoy the property and my vacation time not to steal towels and feel humiliated by its uncommon policy. Will not come back,

Stayed here for 2 nights following a trip from Cadiz arriving by train . Easy 20 min walk from the station . Was able to check in early which was great and given an upgrade to a suite which was very nice . Lots more room. Comfortable bed and super efficient air con. Large bathroom / shower and all very clean . Rooftop pool was a delight late afternoon as the weather was hot and it was lovely to cool off. Location was great with many restaurants close by. Friendly efficient staff . A lovely hotel for a short stay

Straightforward but good. I enjoyed a quick swim in the tiny pool on the roof. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a good size. In addition to the kettle in the room, there was a Nespresso maker available in the lobby.

Really liked this hotel. Location is perfect, extremely convenient for siteseeing. Check in was smooth, front desk staff is very polite and helpful. Parking is in an underground garage right by the hotel and is approx €20/night. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious with a safe, coffee maker, mini fridge. It had 2 Juliet balconies and a very good size bathroom with a tub and shower. Breakfast was standard continental with a good selection. There are several restaurants, Tabanco - bars where you can do Sherry tasting and stores with a central Mercado nearby. Everything is close and within walking distance. Would highly recommend this hotel in Jerez.

We stayed for three nights - bed but not breakfast. It is very centrally located, close to many restaurants and walking distance to the key places to visit in Jerez. There is a small gym, with a good treadmill plus a few other bits of equipment, and a steam room, with a small pool on the roof. The initial reception was friendly, but overall this chain hotel does feel a little impersonal, which is where it loses a star. Our room was also a little noisy from outside traffic, especially on our last night when we opened a window as it was stuffy and we could not make the AC work properly.

They let us check in early which is a massive plus for me as it gave us more time to explore. The room was very nice, air con worked great and bed is very comfy. Roof top pool area is lovely as well to look all the roof tops around. Would definitely recommend staying here.
