Concierge: After staying for two nights and three days, the concierge at the door never took the initiative to open the car door, let alone take the initiative to direct or inform the vehicle to park. He always asked where the car was parked and where there was a parking space before guiding. Everything depends on self-service. 2. Front desk: When checking in, I saw that I was carrying a child, but I didn't ask if I needed children's toiletries and slippers, and there were none in the room, and I didn't introduce that the hotel has a children's playground to play. The most important thing is that the hotel front desk is on the fifth floor, and the breakfast is on the fifth floor. When checking in, I didn't tell you that this hotel is different from other hotels in these places, so I need to pay attention. Maybe we happened to have a meeting when we checked in, and the front desk was super busy. 3. Play: Sunac Park is a supporting hotel, but apart from the free tickets when checking in, I didn't feel that it was a supporting parent-child hotel. There was no shuttle bus to the park. I specifically asked the concierge and was told that I could only drive to the park by myself, but there was no free parking for guests staying in the hotel. It's okay if there is none of these. At least the park should allow multiple entries during the hotel stay or twice a day, just scan your face, but this Sunac is a single person, one time, and it is invalid after leaving the park, which is not suitable for babies who need to sleep at noon. 4. Floor service: Due to the reason of extending the stay, I couldn't open the door of the room when I came back from the play with my sleeping child. I saw the waiter in the distance and called to open the door. The waiter told me to wait a while, and didn't tell me why I had to wait a while, so I handed the child to the old man and ran downstairs to swipe the card again, because the front desk in the room was too far away, at least one kilometer round trip. Although the door was open when I came back, the experience was not good. Moreover, after staying for so many days, I met any waiter in the hotel. Except when I needed to swipe the room card for breakfast, no one greeted me at other times. Even if I met a sales manager-level staff in the lobby, they were only concerned with connecting with the team guests of their business meetings. The guests who came in had nothing to do with me. 5. Supporting facilities: As a parent-child hotel and supporting amusement park hotel, there were no activities on Children's Day, not even the most basic decorations. We don't know whether the Shiboge in Jinan is positioned as a business conference hotel or a parent-child hotel supporting amusement park. If it is a business conference hotel, I may not consider it next time I stay here, because after all, except for the package with room and ticket, there is no other advantage.
