A stone away from CIQ. Building is new and guarded well with security. Room is cozy, clean and well managed. Everything is working well. Large gym and swimming pool facilities available. Only suggestion is to install some hooks in the bathroom as there's not much place to hang towels and clothes.

Pleasant experience, the unit was clean and tastefully furnished. The only downside is that there are no coffee/tea cups, teaspoons and basic stuff like scissors and knives but I believe all the units at R&F are the same. Microwave is more useful than full oven😅

New block. Very new and clean. No frills checking in, clear instructions on how to get to office to collect and return keys. Prompt assistance as well. Downside: 1. Big place, difficult to find designated parking lot, 2. New phase, so hv to walk a little to the mall, 3. Although it's a 3 bedroom unit, but there's only 1 bathroom. However, all these are nt big issues, overall an enjoyable stay.

My first experience at R&F Seine Region 4BR involved a challenging walk from CIQ JB to R&F mall, which typically takes 10-15 minutes. The bridge we intended to use was half closed due to ongoing RTS construction, requiring us to climb steep stairs. This route is not suitable for those with luggage, elderly individuals, or people with knee problems. Upon arriving at the mall, we struggled to locate the R&R Sojourn office on level 1 Phase A due to a lack of directional signs or a directory. After wandering for 10-15 minutes, we found the office and received the homestay key without issue. The next challenge was finding the entrance to phase B of the condo, which took another 10 minutes due to unclear directions. Once in the phase B area, we found the clean and spacious shared facilities, including a playground and swimming pool. The homestay itself was well-maintained, featuring four bedrooms, a large living room, and three clean toilets. However, only one bedroom had a wardrobe, and I suggest the owner provide hooks for hanging clothes in the other rooms and directions of Qibla and prayer mats for Muslim guests. The kitchen was equipped but lacked a kettle, prompting us to buy cheap new ones ourselves. The homestay offered a sea view and fast Wi-Fi. Nearby amenities required a walk outside, which could be inconvenient at night due to a lack of security. We noted that the main entrance had a glass door secured by an electric lock, and there was no security guard present. Overall, while the homestay was comfortable, improvements in accessibility and safety were necessary. I would recommend avoiding the walk from CIQ or JB Sentral unless the bridge situation changes and suggested using a taxi or Grab instead. Will only cost you around RM 6-7 with clear traffic and RM 11-12 with bad traffic.
