Good service from the staff. Front desk Nozlin is especially helpful and knowledgeable and will share all you need to know about your hotel stay while guiding a new colleague.
The executive lounge provides predinnner and cocktail in the evening for 2 hours, refreshment for the whole day and westernised simple breakfast. Will be worth it to upgrade if you would like to chill in the hotel for your stay.
Good spread of food for buffet breakfast, which consists of cuisine from Malay, Indian and some western food.

We arrived very late due to a heavy traffic jam, so we had to park on the 6th floor. Thankfully, the parking was spacious and there was a security guard watching over the area - definitely a bonus!
Check-in was smooth despite the late hour. The lobby staff were friendly and patient, and to our surprise, we were given two warm and delicious cookies - such a treat, especially since we were so hungry!
Our room was spotless and spacious, with everything we needed: toiletries, bathrobes, hairdryer, and more. It felt so welcoming after a long day.
Really liked the hotel and the whole experience. Definitely will be back!

Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton was nothing but awesome. The room is nice and clean, bed is just nice with the pillows softness fits to our liking. Only complain is they didn’t put shaving kit and no towel, dental kita and slippers for our son. Overall, we had a relaxing stay, celebrating our love with the family.
We had the pleasure of enjoying the seafood dinner buffet at Makan Kitchen, and my family and I were delighted with the wide variety of seafood dishes—ranging from Indian, Malaysian, Chinese, Japanese to Western cuisine, and the choices of fresh oysters, shellfish, fish sashimi, etc. Even my son had a great time sampling all the different flavors!
The service was excellent, the staff from reception, room service and dining were corteous and ready to serve with a smile.
We will definitely come back and stay here again.

I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area and gym facility. I will recommend others for sure. This is the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway in (Location). The downtown area on Main Street is a best-kept secret, and hotel offers everything you need if you feel like you need to vent out.

It is an average hotel. Corridor has a slightly stale smell. Breakfast spread is considered above average. However, certain food like tim sum is below average. Cleanliness is acceptable, but not above average.
