Just be careful when booking through trip on this hotel. Has book through trip indicating superior queen room with city view $42 in trip app. When check in, no window. Hotel Counter staff says what i book is superior queen room only. Hotel staff also not sure as is third party booking. So who is cheating, trip or goody hotel? Talking to trip chatbox is also meaningless. Suggest to just book their deluxe double room with no window which indicate as $39 in trip app ( indicated as standard queen at hotel counter list). U be getting roughly the same thing and you can skip all this confusion. Anyway since is late , decided to just stay though dont feel goody anymore. Room itself is ok, tv programs limited. So reminder , be careful when booking. Is trip error to indicate as city view in the app or goody hotel , who say is superior with no window? you decide. But be careful and ensure what you book is what you get Lesson learnt

Nearby many restaurant and shopping mall can buy thing...for business travel ppl very easy and convenient

Located right beside AEON bukit indah, and Lotus is right beside as well! Helpful host with clear check-in instructions! Room is really clean and has Netflix on the smart TV as well. But like what other users mentioned, being near a main road, sometimes it gets a bit loud when some vehicles pass by with the loud exhausts. But overall a really good studio apartment!

The apartment is quite clean. However we got a room at Tower A facing the high way. So at night, u can hear very loud car noise pass through. So if you are a light sleeper, better message the owner not to give a house near highway. It would be great to have water dispenser in the house. Shower amenities are not labelled. It would be best to label what is inside the bottles. No toothbrush provided. There is washing machine with free power detergent which is good. No bathroom mat is provided therefore bathroom floor is always wet after showering which could lead to fall. The view is awesome.

The place was a little run down, and only shower foam and towels were provided. All other amenities were not provided, so do remember to bring your own! We especially liked that there is a designated parking lot provided for the stay, so that we did not have to register and park at the visitors' lots. The carpark access card could be detected from within the car to open the gantry and that was also good. Check in and check out procedures were standard and fuss free.

Book for hotel nearby bestmart but they move to lavender inn due to renovation & still at nusa bestari area. Trip/hotel mgt didnt update in system the hotel is closed untill further notice. Anyway, hotel at lavender inn quite comfy, spacious, clean & staff also helpful. Budget hotel but happy to stay in.

I’ve requested beforehand for apt key to be placed in mail box as I don’t drive, it will be too troublesome for me to travel to another place to pick up the key, but host forgotten about it and my family has to wait for 20 minutes for them to deliver the key. The unit furniture looks ok but the cleanliness is below expectations. Sewage smell in kitchen and toilet, rusty grills, mouldy tiles, stains on floor and basin, empty toiletries bottles, damp towels, cracked toilet bowls. I suspect bedsheets are not change as I found strands of long hair on the bed but no one in my family has long hair. Overall location is really good, if u don’t mind the cleanliness and dated hardware.
