The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The overall experience was good. The hotel exceeded my expectations! Will stay again."

"This homestay offered a convenient location near shops and felt very secure. The studio apartment surprised us - it was quite cozy for a family of four, including two teenagers. There were amenities like WiFi, a fridge, laundry, TV, and even access to a swimming pool. Plus, the view of the Kampar hills was breathtaking!
However, a few things took away from the experience. There was no reception staff to greet us upon arrival, and the key collection/return process was a bit unusual. Additionally, the room had a lingering cigarette smell that lingered despite multiple air fresheners.
Despite these drawbacks, it was a decent stay overall. The location, security, and amenities made up for some of the inconveniences."
