The Cove Kettering

"This is classed as a luxury suite. Yes the room was very large and the bathroom was huge with under floor heating. The suites are situated overlooking the ocean but are on the main road and the traffic can be quite noisy. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of blankets and pillows provided. The breakfast was lovely and presented very nicely by the hostesses. There is a lounge area you can use with an open fire. This is a lovely place to stay but you have to travel to Kingston or Blackmans Bay for dinner as the Hotel in Kettering doesn't have good review. If these were fully contained apartments it would be an ideal place to stay. We did enjoy our stay, but would have prefered to have had a microwave in the suite so that you could have something to eat in as it can get expensive to eat out"

"Peppermint Ridge Retreat has the most beautiful views of any accommodation we've ever stayed in! It is also peaceful and quiet, with thoughtful and friendly owners. Comfortable and warm even in the middle of a Tasmanian winter! Truly a place to relax and explore the surrounding food and wine, with Bruny Island ferry only a few minutes away. The friendly chooks and turkeys regularly checked on our welfare and provided commentary on our bread scraps."

"Terrific caravan park on the water. Really pretty location. Great facilities, but most importantly pretty close walk to the pub and a great Chinese restaurant. Felt really safe and really friendly people. Great location."

Waterview Gardens B&B

"Absolute luxury! Our host Leonie was fantastic. From walking in the front door it felt like walking through pages of a magazine! Our room was huge and included two large arm chairs, huge bed that was so comfortable and a beautiful big bathroom with floor heating. Lovely balcony to have a cuppa on watching the Paddy Melons when they came for a visit. Excellent tea/coffee, biscuits, microwave and great shower/bath products - every thing you’d need. Breakfast was superb, fantastic crockery, crystal glasses, cloth napkins and great tasty home cooked breakfasts. So peaceful we will definitely be staying again. "

"An excellent B&B located in the middle of the village. The room was charming and well appointed. The cafe served high quality meals and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. Guest parking out the back was very convenient. I would recommend this establishment highly 😁"
