"If you're looking for a well-located base to explore the vibrant city of Kosice and return to a calm, comfortable environment each evening, this hotel fits the bill beautifully. It's in a great spot for sightseeing, dining, and soaking up the local culture, yet still offers a peaceful retreat at the end of a busy day. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, and it's clear they’re doing their best under challenging circumstances — staffing in Kosice’s hospitality sector continues to face pressure, which is worth keeping in mind. Despite this, service throughout the hotel remained pleasant and professional for the most part. While many elements of the stay met or exceeded expectations — from the décor to the cleanliness and ambiance — the breakfast experience fell a little short. Given the hotel’s overall standard and pricing, I expected a more polished and varied offering. It wasn’t bad by any means, but it didn’t quite align with the rest of the experience. Room layouts and sizes vary quite a bit depending on the category you book. Although the design is thoughtful and the spaces are well-maintained, none of the room options feel particularly spacious. If room size is a priority for you, it’s worth managing expectations or contacting the hotel in advance to discuss options."

"Excelent small hotel"

"Great location - few minutes walk from train station, about 3 minutes walk to the center of Košice. The hotel is located on a calm side street, though. The staff were professional, kind and helpful. They gave us great advise on what to do, see and visit in the city during our stay. :) Spacious room with a big and comfortable bed. Sleeping area and living room were separated, which was great. The accommodation was clean and cozy. Better than expected! Hotel spa was beautiful but way too small. There were not enough deckchairs and seats in the relaxing area which made it a bit uncomfortable when there were more guests in the spa. We ended up just using the jacuzzi and went straight back to our room. We were told the spa can only be visited by guests over the age of 15 but in the end there were some kids in the spa each evening. It was therefore a bit noisy but we did not mind. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drinks :) The hotel restaurant is really beautiful, it's a winter garden with many plants, flowers and a fountain in the middle of the room. Fresh air, birds singing and quiet music playing in the background create an amazing calming atmosphere. The breakfast was also good, variable. "

"Very nice apartment, modernly furnished. It has a good and quiet location and is close to the center. The bed and pillow ( which is so important) was great, I slept very well. I can only recommend and look forward to coming again. I think it will be a regular “sleeping” stop in Košice for me."

"In our way to Krakow we had accomodation in this hotel. For us it was a great suprise this hotel. Very beautiful inside of room, very clean and with very good products. Very good was also the breakfast. For sure if we come back in Slovakia we will use this hotel."
