Recommended for a short trip or just one night stand. Lot of restaurants and easy to go spot area in Kota Kinabalu. Worthy for your money

Very strategic location for the Gaya Street event but no parking available, comfortable room but the toilet door has no lock - suitable for couples only

near gaya street,very nice for budget hotel,the toilet was clean,the air condition still cool even its quite old,overall was great

Strategic and good location. Located infront of Bataras. So many shop nearby but quite difficult to find parking aince we went there by car. Anyway good price for good hotel.

Basic amenities. Only have body shower gel and shampoo with hair dryer. Tooth brush and so on. Have to bring on your own. Linen pillow bed cover have stain. Room just okay condition.
