Location of hotel is great, at the center of kuantan city and easy access to many places. The room is clean n comfortable. Breakfast is good also.

Next to the Kuantan esplanade. Room with riverview. Good breakfast and ample parking space. Will be repeat again

Overall stay was alright , staff was very friendly and breakfast was basic but good at the price we paid . Only thing is the room which we stayed in was clean but very old , compared to the picture where some of the other rooms were already refurbished with carpet and also new toilets . The wooden toilet door frames were already rotting in our room . Travelled with a young kid of 4 years old , but the window insulation was pretty bad as we were facing the back nearby a mosque and we could hear the speakers up to 1030pm and then again at around 530am . Really need to improve on that to enable a good quiet sleep .

The room is nice...can improve the food for breakfast Should add the gym in ur facilities list!

Room size is acceptable, location is excellent right next to the Kuantan Esplanade, very close to Menara 188 and popular eateries. Ample parking except when there are events ongoing at the hotel. Staff are friendly but the breakfast spread is so-so. Room has a balcony with a wonderful view of the Kuantan River but strong winds may cause eerie howlings. The only drawback is the irregular hot water supply. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. The room that we booked was spacious and clean with comfortable double beds and linens

Good value for money. Best location in town. Easily could do much activities around this hotel. Enjoying local food nearby. Good malay food, chinese food, mamak food.

The best hotel if u want to enjoy bandar kuantan & all the cafe around it. Close to tg lumpur for seafood, teluk cempedak for the beach. This hotel beside the river & tower 188. Walking distance to famous kula cakes, watak kopi, wild flour cafe. Cafe on this hotel also famous & nice ambient. Very friendly staff & they keep my cardigans safely after i forgot about it in the closet. Parking provided for customer & got valet parking rm30 per visit. They also provide car charger for electric car. Just the bathroom a bit small but the shower water is strong enough. Need to booked executive deluxe if you want room with balcony. My room is 802 with river view. I definately will booked this hotel again in the future.

Excellent location. Scenic river view. TV channels not as promised. Only 5 to 6 channels available. Staff are friendly but some are inefficient. Only one small shampoo bottle in the bathroom. Need to call to get body wash and soap.
