Situated in close proximity to the city center and the iconic Petronas Towers, this apartment offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding skyline. The rooftop swimming pool provides an exceptional ambiance, while the apartment itself was clean and convenient, featuring all the amenities one could reasonably anticipate. The only downside was the confusing check-in process. But it gave the opportunity for late check-in.

Great Stay with Convenient Location! The place was really nice and came with a lot of conveniences. The attached mall was super handy you can get all your essentials and food right there. It’s also located very close to the monorail, which made traveling around KL really easy. There were plenty of restaurants and local warungs within walking distance too. The infinity pool was definitely the cherry on top! We did notice a slight smell in the bathroom when we first arrived, but it was sorted out quickly after contacting the agency. There was no washing machine during our stay, and some kitchen items were slightly unclean. Still, overall, it was a pleasant stay and absolutely worth the money. Would recommend!

So best..can view the klcc clearly. The management is easy to get the key and easy to return the key

The place waa very convenient. Near to all attractions in Kuala Lumpur. The lift was fast not like other place. The room was spacy. Good for two people. And the infinity pool was just incredible 😍

Tv and WiFi was a bit lagging but in all other things everything is good, no problems, i like this place, I’m already 4-th time coming to this place

Big hustle for getting the keys no person available even at the office where the key is.. and other people were also not helpful. No cleaning of room for the days, not enough toiletries.

This was my first time traveling to Kuala Lumpur. I wasn't aware that a Kuala Lumpur homestay requires an advance deposit (which includes the room key and code) to be paid via email. As a result, my partner and I landed at 5 a.m. and were unable to check into our designated room. We stayed there until 9 a.m. before we could even check into our hotel. Ctrip handled this very well, with a customer service representative available 24/7. We ultimately received a refund for one night's stay. Since the area was full of apartments, there weren't any hotels available to check in immediately, so we had no choice but to wait until 9 a.m. for the homestay staff to arrive. We also discussed this with the hotel and Ctrip staff, and they wanted to clearly indicate the deposit requirement on our reservation (since we weren't the only two people who didn't check in that day). Then, on the day of our departure, my period came unexpectedly, leaving marks on my sheets. Although I cleaned the bed promptly that morning, there were still quite large stains on the sheets. It was almost check-out time, so I didn't get to clean them. (To be honest, the apartment was very well-equipped, with a washing machine, refrigerator, cutlery, kitchenette, and ironing machine.) A few hours after I checked out, I received an email from the apartment about a deposit deduction. This was quite shocking: 50 MYR for the sheets, 80 for the mattress, and even 80 for the quilt. That's a deduction of 210 MYR, or just under 400 RMB. I couldn't understand this deduction, and I immediately contacted Ctrip, who promptly negotiated with the B&B. I understand the deposit deduction, as it was truly dirty. What I don't understand is that the deduction wasn't clearly marked, and the dirt was mostly on the sheets. The mattress was just a few sheets under the sheets, while the quilt had a single stain, less than the size of a thumb. I don't understand why the entire cup was charged. Fortunately, Ctrip and the B&B contacted and negotiated promptly, and the B&B ultimately agreed to clean up the situation and reduce the deposit, or even waive the deposit if I gave a positive review. I've chosen to share the entire story, both the good and the bad, so that it can serve as a reference for future guests. In short: The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are a good size, and there's a small balcony with a great night view. There's also an infinity pool, and all the amenities are in the room. However, you need to bring your own toiletries. The hotel is only online during business hours at 9:00 AM and in the afternoon; it's closed the rest of the time, and a deposit is required in advance. In the event of an emergency, the hotel is available for communication, unlike other hotels that simply disappear and become unreachable. So, in this respect, the hotel is excellent.

Excellent apartments for this price. The view from the room and the pool is wonderful. There are necessary utensils, a stove, a kettle, a microwave, an iron, etc.

The environment is good. Looking up, you can see the Twin Towers. It is very beautiful. The room facilities are complete.

I do not recommend these apartments. There is no rescheduling. A month before check-in I asked to reschedule the dates, but the hotel refused. On the day of check-in they wrote that I needed to make a deposit, and only after that they would tell me where to go for the keys to the room. They did not inform me in advance that I would need to make a deposit.
