酒店裡麪沒有吹風機 要去前台拿 前台大部分時間是一個阿姨 看起來是那種農村的阿姨 態度非常不好 他的浴室裏沒有可以放吹風機的地方 我就放在了浴室下面的櫃子裏 防止進水損壞造成不必要的糾紛而已 退房的時候我手機忘記在了房間裏 三分鐘左右回去拿 那個眼睛有疾病的阿姨就態度非常不好 私自扣我的手機 不還給我 讓我上樓把吹風機找給她 她才給我手機 我幾次三番告訴他 打電話給衞生阿姨 我告訴她在哪裡 她去看就可以了 就在那個位置 阿姨也在我們房間打掃衞生 前台眼睛有疾病的阿姨就一直聲音很大 不同意打電話 非讓我上樓找給她 酒店沒有電梯 我爬樓梯上樓找給衞生阿姨之後下樓去前台拿手機 前台阿姨還是不給我 一直在罵我 後來我沒忍住回了幾句嘴 她才勉勉強強打電話給衞生阿姨 核實了我確實沒有拿他吹風機以後才把手機還給我 還給我的時候還一直在罵罵咧咧 就是那種農村***罵人的感覺 我覺得丟人就走出了酒店 她還追出來嘛 建議該酒店整頓一下員工管理並普及相關的法律知識 私自扣客人財務是違法行為以免再次引起不必要的糾紛 也建議各位住酒店的客人擦亮眼睛 前台眼睛有問題的阿姨 非常的態度不好 她沒有基礎的法律知識 跟她吵架就是跟農村老太吵架一樣 態度非常不好 還有該酒店遮光非常不好 天一亮和白天一樣 那個窗簾有和沒有一樣 噪音很大 半夜兩三點都有人在樓下打架吵架聽的一清二楚 樓下還有狗打架貓打架聽的一清二楚 隔壁隔音也非常不好 隔壁咳嗽都能聽到 浴室某些窗户是壞的 從外面可以看到裏面洗澡 主要是前台阿姨 不管任何事 態度都非常不好 從進酒店就能發現
