Very big room. Check in was very simple. The concierge was easy to talk with. Amenities very available. Train station was about 700m away though. Good to stay. May come again.

Too expensive for a fully self-service hotel without room cleaning service. Even have to make our own futon bed. Also, dont even bother with washing clothes your clothes. Washing took 5 hours, drying was terrible. have to dry the clothes on the drying rack in the room.

About 10 minutes walk from subway station or you can take a bus or taxi to hotel The hotel was nice and clean Reception can speak English fluently There is a convinient stores on the corner near bus stop

A new and big residential room with microwave and cooking utensils. Just one thing, the location is kinda remote and dark when heading back in the night time

The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from JR Tofukuji Station. It is very convenient to go to Fushimi Inari and Kiyomizu-dera Temple. There are many convenience stores nearby. The room of nearly 500 square meters is 400 yuan per night, which is very cost-effective in Kyoto.

The room is quite big and the structure is OK, but the tatami in the master bedroom is too shabby and old. The quality of the quilt and pillow in the room is very poor. The kitchen facilities are also a little old and not easy to use. There is no washing machine, which is a big problem for an apartment suite. The service at the front desk is very average. You have to carry the garbage down by yourself every day, which is very inconvenient. The hotel is in a residential alley, and it is not convenient to take a taxi. Fortunately, it is not far from Takashimaya.

We stayed here as a family. We were a couple in our 40s with three children aged 14 to 23, and we had a great time relaxing.

The seat is big but not high-end enough

Overall, everything is great. The hotel has 2 large beds and a sofa, a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and microwave, a shower with a jacuzzi, an exit to the roof where you can sit at tables, and a laundry room on the 1st floor. Very friendly staff. But they only give you one blanket per bed. The check-in booklet seems to say how to get a second blanket, but one girl at the reception, when we asked about a second blanket, said that they would give it to us, and when we came up later, another guy said that you still need to leave a card as a deposit. There is still no normal information about taking out the trash. We found out by trial and error that you need to put the trash outside the door so that it can be removed. It is also unclear what to do about the towels so that they can be replaced. Otherwise, everything is great.

It took about 10-15 minutes to walk from the subway station. It was a little inconvenient to go back and forth, but the facilities were clean. 4 single beds for 4 people. There was a table, chairs, and simple cooking utensils. It was a pity that there weren't many restaurants nearby. There was a pizza delivery flyer on the table. I arrived early before 9 o'clock, but it was a little inconvenient to wait for the staff to come to work to leave my luggage. I was generally satisfied with the bed, room size, shower water pressure, etc.
