Front Desk was terrible. I expected more from a Marriott

solo business trip, everything ok with my stay, all smooth.

The location is close to UCSD and UTC, very convenient.

Great hotel and service

This hotel was special for us. I'd stayed in the nearby Regents building before, and this time, I chose this hotel for my return. Coincidentally, the front desk arranged a room on the edge overlooking the building, high-rise, and with a Juliet balcony. What a coincidence! Thank you!

Compared with domestic hotels, the decoration, service and facilities of American hotels are not satisfactory. The decoration is also old and not as good as Atour in China.

The hotel is close to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)/University of California, Los Angeles, as well as large shopping malls Westfield Century City and South Coast Plaza. The hotel service staff has a good attitude, the rooms are all ok, the size is ok, and the view is good.

The soundproofing is very poor, there is no safe in the room, and there is no free WI-FI in the room

Ten days before and after check-in, the hotel only provided drinking water on the first day, and we had to go out to buy water.

The hotel is nice, clean and tidy, but a little old, similar to many hotels in the United States. It's very cold when the air conditioner is turned on, and it blows cold air directly onto the bed. If it's not turned on, it will be stuffy. But upgraded to the highest floor, thank you hotel!

Generally, the domestic four-star level is weak.

The room is small and dark, the facilities are old and the service is basically non-existent. The old air conditioner is very noisy. Worst Marriott stay ever.
