"Everything else was fine, the only drawback was that this place didn't have Wi-Fi. If you don't have enough mobile data, you'd have to use your phone to create a hotspot for your computer to watch a movie at night, which I consider a downside. The host was nice and friendly. The facilities were also good, nothing to complain about there. While it wasn't super luxurious, for a place along the road in Western Australia, I still think it deserves a high score. Out of 5, I'd give this place about a 4.7, which I think is fair. Parking right outside was very convenient; you could easily park five or six cars without any issues."

"The room was very run down. I booked a ground floor room but was given one on the second floor, and they didn't even help me with my luggage. The service attitude was poor. The room itself was dilapidated and not very clean. This 'White Sand Beach' is no match for Lucky Bay. I do not recommend it."

"The 2-bedroom chalet was clean, air conditioned with a well-appointed kitchen and a washing machine. It is part of a group of chalets and nearby units and is walking distance to the beach and the main shopping complex. The only negative is the credit card fees, which were charged on two occasions (deposit and then the final payment). This should be stated before the booking is made, not at the point of sale."

"Everything else is quite satisfactory. The only negative comment is that there are several shoe prints on the bed sheets and duvet covers, which are just for guests. Is it difficult for such an expensive hotel to provide clean bedding? Hygiene should be the most important evaluation point for a hotel. When I found out, I wanted to ask a staff member to replace it, but they all got off work. Hygiene: bad review. There are several shoe prints on the bed sheets and quilt cover. Service: Get off work on time. If there are any problems, we cannot solve them."
