The location was fantastic, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious! However, there were stains on the duvet, which was a bit disappointing. Also, we wanted to dine at the hotel's ground-floor restaurant at 7 PM and had asked the staff to make a reservation for us the day before. But when we arrived, we found out the reservation was made for a different restaurant right next door, not the one we requested. The employee who made the mistake didn't even apologize. Another staff member, who was very apologetic, offered to rebook us for a different time slot. I think if the person who made the error had simply apologized, I would have felt much better. That really left a bad taste in my mouth and was quite a letdown. If only the bed linens were spotless and the apology for the mistake had been handled better, I would have been completely satisfied!

The hotel room faces the Eiger Mountain, offering a beautiful and impressive view. There is also a common area on the 4th floor where guests can enjoy panoramic scenery around the hotel, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming. On my second day, I arrived at the restaurant after breakfast hours, yet the staff kindly prepared a coffee and a breakfast plate for me — such a thoughtful gesture. The front desk team were polite and very helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel is uphill at the other end of grindelwald, not too close to Grindelwald station and Coop, fortunately the door is bus 121, 122, 123, but at first I saw Google map that it was a 15-minute walk from the train station only, but I knew it was quite hard to push luggage up the slope  Fortunately, it is close to Pfingstegg and First cable car stations, and Jungfrau must either take bus 121, 123 or train to Grindelwald Terminal station, change to the Eiger Cable car, or go to Grindelwald station and take the Train to Kleine Scheidegg Although I live up to 4/F, the room has no air conditioning, so insects have entered the room🫨 But the scenery is beautiful, the room is big, the worst thing is no refrigerator, can only cook the noodles in the room Breakfast itself thought there was very little food, but you can order hot drink and egg separately, which is quite good Although seeing hotel restaurant dinner seems to be praised by many people, but too expensive, the cheapest is the 4-course menu d fine din, have to over CHF100

We were traveling as a family and had specifically booked a family suite. This room was reserved more than a month in advance, and the price was quite high. However, we were very upset on the day of check-in, as the suite we were given was absolutely not the Executive View Suite I had booked. Although it was a suite, there was absolutely no view. After a long back-and-forth, with a lot of help from Trip.com customer service, we were moved to a different suite, but it still wasn't the room type I had originally booked. Since we were staying for two nights, we were moved to yet another suite on the second night, which finally matched the room type I had booked. The hotel itself is good and highly recommended. The location is excellent, and after all, it's a five-star luxury hotel. However, the front desk staff was unfriendly on the day of check-in, which led to a very poor check-in experience.

This hotel is very nice, located halfway up the mountain, quieter and more comfortable than the hotels on the roadside. The room faces the mountain. It has its own parking lot. Breakfast is available until 11 o'clock. There are many varieties and hot food. It is also okay to continue parking after checking out until you finish your afternoon tour. The service staff are very enthusiastic. The room has slippers of good quality, the minibar is free, and there is a gym and spa.

各方面都挺好的我們住了兩晚，酒店就在first山的半山腰Bort這個纜車🚡上下點，其中有個遊樂項目Trottibike的起點就在這裏終點在山腳，我們要在first玩所以定了這個酒店，酒店不大總共10多個房間，房間沒有空調，夏天上半夜有點熱，下半夜就沒問題，冬天有制暖器。如果入住這裏大家一定記得提前在下午五點前check in，因為我們要在山下的小鎮格林德瓦坐纜車上來的，纜車最後一班大概在下午5點-6點，除非是自駕車，不然晚上上來酒店很麻煩。大家如果喜歡安靜且希望窗户直接可以看first景色的話這裏就挺好的，酒店下面吃自助早餐的位置也很好對着雪山，房間價格還行，下山做纜車衹有一站，從Bort到山下十多分鐘。對了酒店旁邊還有個適合小孩玩的小樂園。

This is an accommodation that made me cry and laugh during my trip to Switzerland :) First of all, if you look at the facilities, it is clean and nice since it was recently opened. There was an elevator and a kitchen available, but there were almost no dishes or appliances. There was no problem with cooking at all. The location is a very far walk from Grindelwald Station, or a short bus ride away. 🌟Throw away the idea of ​​walking with your luggage on the first day.🌟 This is a vertical hike that you can never climb without carrying your luggage. Be sure to check the bus schedule before taking the bus (it's convenient to use the SBB app). Your accommodation will give you a Grindelwald guest card, so you can ride the bus for free. (I had a Jungfrau VIP coupon, so I didn’t use it.) The reasons I cried were: 1) As soon as I arrived, there was no one, so I called and waited for about an hour, but no one answered and didn't come. There were people staying, so I had to wait in the lobby. I had another number on my laptop, so I called, but no one answered. 2) While I was waiting, a man called and asked why I was calling. When I told him I wanted to check in, he said I was fully booked for today, so what did I mean? I told him my reservation number and he said he would understand. Later, he came running in from outside and asked for my passport. Didn't say a single word of apology. (I was very angry here.) (I was told that it was given to me because I had created a room, but when I went down and inquired, I found out that the room was originally assigned...) 4) Then, while showing a picture of the reservation screen on 'Booking.com', he enthusiastically emphasizes that the room may or may not have a terrace. The problem is that I paid through 'Trip.com' and the room type I booked on Trip.com is not available. All photos showed a terrace. When I said that, he got very angry and told me to cancel it for free and to leave if I didn't like it. To be honest, these words sounded very threatening to me, and I was so intimidated by the man's attitude that I was afraid that he might do something to me. I sometimes wonder if they are speaking in such a threatening manner because I am a woman and Asian. [I notified Booking.com's customer service center of my move, and now the reservation screen for the room I selected also includes a photo of a room without a terrace.] Anyway, for this reason, I started my trip to Switzerland very angry and depressed. ㅠ ㅠ This room does not have a terrace and has a tree view, as someone left in a Google review... lol Next time I go again, I think I'll just choose the room one level up because I'm worried about getting this room. Also, the toilet and bathroom were attached together, so it was shared by 3 rooms. Please note.

The hotel is halfway up the hill, some distance from the Grindelwald center and the train station. The hotel also has a shuttle bus that can be transported. We are self-driving. There is free parking in the hotel. It is relatively close to the cable car station of the first mountain. There are not many types of breakfast at the hotel. But it is enough, the biggest feature is the scenery, so beautiful! Whether it is a room or a place to have breakfast, look out for the snowy mountain, if you come to grindelwald next time, you will stay here!
