I chose Orange Crystal for its convenient location while attending Xue Zhiqian's concert. It's easily accessible by subway from both Qingdao Station and Qingdao North Station, being very close to Line 2 and Line 1. Plus, it's in a bustling area, making food delivery incredibly convenient.
Secondly, every single lobby staff member at this Orange Crystal was exceptionally gentle and professional. They were also very attractive and elegant, speaking softly and kindly. My initial agitation due to the bad weather completely dissipated after checking in at the front desk.
I must also commend the cleaning lady on the 8th floor. She's the most meticulous I've ever encountered! All of our personal items, whether on the room desk, the bathroom counter, or even the shower area counter, were neatly arranged. She even unplugged my own hairdryer, coiled the cord, and secured it – my friend and I were absolutely amazed!
On our last day, our room card expired after we extended our checkout. My friend went to the laundry room and asked someone to swipe the elevator. Later, my friend probably got up with someone else, and the cleaning lady didn't see my friend come back. Concerned that my friend hadn't made it up, she even came to our room to check on us! They truly keep guests' needs and well-being in mind, with excellent follow-through. It's rare to experience such a high level of service awareness from a cleaning lady, and it definitely deserves high praise.

I visited here last year with a friend, so I returned. My friend made the reservation. It's a restaurant that also serves Chinese breakfast, but because it was the last day of the ***** New Year holiday, the breakfast restaurant next to the hotel was closed, so I couldn't enjoy it.
My friend, who also went with me, said it was conveniently located and would try it next time.
Please note: There's no microwave. There's no refrigerator in the room.

Receptionists are nice with full service minded. We used Didi to call a luxury car to Qingdao Railway but we didn’t got one. She used her own mobile phone and also paid for us ( we didn’t know at the moment until we arrived at the station). The location is closed to TaiDong nice market. From the hotel to QingDao’s attractions is convenient as there are line 1 and line 2 subway there exit G).

The room was great, with good soundproofing, and the service was very attentive. The laundry downstairs was super convenient. The front desk staff even helped me dry my clothes, and a robot delivered them right to my room door, which was a thoughtful touch. The transportation was also very convenient; it was just a short walk to Taitung Pedestrian Street.

This hotel is a strategic lovation. It is near to beer museum, beer street and subway station. Both by walking distance, you can walk to the subway station less than 5 mins. Full of restaurants at the back of this hotel and convenient stalls.
The hotel stay price is consider cheap. The room size is slightly small. They allow late night counter check in. For late check in, advisable to wechat them before you arrive. Hotel staff are friendly. As compared to all those hotels near the airport, this place is easy assessible to all the attractions.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's within walking distance to Taitung Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The Yingkou Road Seafood Market is just a few steps away, where you can buy fresh seafood and have it cooked on the spot. The Tsingtao Beer Museum is also very close, perfect for trying the original draft beer. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and welcoming. It's a quiet spot despite being in a bustling area. Staying here in Qingdao was incredibly hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Although I stayed in a windowless king room this time, it had a simulated window with adjustable brightness, which was a great experience. The room design was very thoughtful and didn't feel cramped at all. The mattress was super comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The price was also very reasonable. The front desk staff provided excellent service, they were very patient in solving problems. The elevator goes directly to the sixth floor, which can get a bit crowded. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Dreamer Family Homestay was a fantastic find for our family trip. The loft-style room was modern, spacious, and spotless. The kids couldn't stop playing on the private slide and with all the toys and books provided. The location is superb—just a 5-minute walk from the Qingdao Beer Museum and metro station. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help. Highly recommended for a stress-free and fun family stay in Qingdao!

SShengsheng_This was my first time staying at an Atour Light hotel. The style is really interesting, with a predominantly blue theme, making it feel more geared towards a younger crowd.
The room size was pretty standard, not particularly large, but the cleanliness and service were excellent in every aspect. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly helped with any requests we had.
However, the biggest issue with the room was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people laughing or talking loudly in nearby rooms. This is definitely something that could use improvement.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious.
The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip.
Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal.
What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice.
The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action.
Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant.
In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. Winni, the staff member who checked us in, had an exceptional service attitude; seeing that we had elderly family with us, she thoughtfully arranged a non-smoking room on a quiet floor. The hotel gym is also quite good. The only minor issue is that the underground parking is a bit like a maze, but the parking attendant was very kind.

KKelvinTraveling with my child, I booked a king-sized bed room and was worried about the space, but the front desk upgraded us to a family-themed room, which was incredibly thoughtful! The upgraded room was a wonderful surprise, complete with a B.Duck themed tent, a Ludo game rug, and cartoon pillows. My child had a blast as soon as we entered, and all our travel fatigue instantly disappeared. The room had excellent natural light, with warm sunshine streaming through the large French windows. The wooden floor was warm and comfortable, allowing adults to relax and children to play without bothering each other.
The hotel lobby is grand and elegant, and there's also a 'Bird Club' kids' play area with slides and rocking horses, making it super convenient for parents to relax while their kids play. Molly, a staff member, provided smiling service throughout, and check-in was efficient and patient, full of care in every detail. This hotel is my top choice for family trips; the proactive and warm gesture of upgrading our room was a huge plus. I highly recommend it to families visiting Qingdao with children!

The front desk service attitude was also good. The downside is that the room isn't very soundproof, and the TV in the room didn't work. I reported the TV issue to the front desk, but it still couldn't be watched properly. Overall, the experience was decent, and the room price wasn't expensive for a National Day holiday trip.
