Lovely room and excellent shower. Nice little touches for guests, like free water in the room with mini bar items in foyer and pay at reception instead of in your room, which made check-out very quick. Great coffee in room, too. Parking was €18 for 24h. Lift straight from parking to hotel flors.

We were traveling late and didn't want to continue driving, so we found a hotel on short notice. There weren't many hotels in the small town, and not many options. When we arrived, all the doors were closed and no one was there, so we couldn't get in. Later, someone cleaning in the bar connected to the hotel helped open the door. After communicating with the owner and waiting for check-in, we waited for over twenty minutes. The owner helped us park the car, and after we checked in, the toilet tank broke after we used it once; it ran all night with a loud noise. Also, there was an amusement park right next door, and the loud, thumping disco music continued until around midnight or 1 a.m.

Everything was great for the price. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the boiled eggs and organic yogurt were particularly impressive. However, I had a hard time sleeping because my body itched, whether it was the bedding or the carpeting. There weren't any bugs, but I think it was the dust. Other than that, the view was great, and the staff was friendly!

This trip went to several hotels during the trip. Except for the Hilton at the airport, this hotel was the most satisfactory one on this trip. By the way, the front desk of the hotel only works in the afternoon. There is no one in the morning and no one after 10 in the evening. ZZHENGXINCozy little hotel, living in a triple room, a large bed plus a sofa bed. The room is small, it is a sloping roof, it is short, the bed is basically full, but it is very clean. American breakfast, similar to the average hotel, there are some, feel good. It is easy to find with navigation. In the small town outside Ulm, there is a free private parking at the door, suitable for self-driving. The front desk is off work at 8:00 in the evening, and the bar is self-service after work. Self-service check-in is also convenient, but I forgot the check-out time (11:00), and I couldn't get in when I returned to the hotel at 12 noon. I called the customer service number and they re-wrote the card for me to pick up my luggage remotely.
The customer service automatically replied that I didn't need to worry about the broken cup and no compensation was required.
Check-in process: There is a door opening password and check-in QR code in the email. Enter the lobby and scan the check-in QR code with the card writing machine, and take the card and write the card according to the prompts

But here have no elevator so please careful to request high floor if you have a big luggage 😅 The staff so kind and help me to carry my big luggage to my room. The door of the hotel is on the side of hotel. You should come to check-in at the cafe “Henriettas Coffee World”
