Location is near the canals, about a 10 minute walk and has a convenience store nearby to shop for snacks and coffee before walking. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful, offering to store baggages and bring me to the bus stop to go to the airport, and carry my luggages to my room. They also provided a bottle of water to quench my thirst while waiting. Rooms were large and comfortable for a single person stay and the view of the street is not too bad. Will recommend.

At first, we were a bit skeptical about the capsules, mainly because of our luggage and the shared bathroom situation. But in the end, the experience totally exceeded our expectations! Even though the capsule itself is small, there's actually more than enough space, even with two 20kg suitcases. And the bed, by the way, was super comfy. The bathrooms and all the facilities in general were very clean. They really thought of everything!

The room was small for three people, and the tiny bathroom couldn't accommodate two people at once. The walls were old and damp. On top of that, they charged us an extra €10 in taxes when we arrived at the hotel.

Great location, right by a tram stop with plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the heating in the room was excellent. The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit small, but everything else was good.

We reserved the standard room but got a free upgrade to superior. The room was very clean and spacious. We even got a kitchen when our original room didn't have one! They let us keep our luggage there even after checkout and the staff was very pleasant. The position of the hotel is very good too, just next to train and bus station, one stop from the centre. Even so, the room is very well isolated and it's quiet at night.

Great location. The rooms are like cottages made of cardboards (you can hear people walking from theother rooms), no air conditioner (in summer you have to sleep with your windows open), no minibar. The key cards don't work. As much as it’s priced okay but the service is not worth the price.

Fuss free stay at this hotel, quite close to the 397 bus to airport & bed was firm enough. I slept well. Old building so there is some noises but it wasnt too bad in the night. Shower was good water pressure

Excellent location, close to all the main attractions, about a 20-minute walk away. Also conveniently located near tram and bus stops. The hotel has an elevator and heated hallways. The room was a perfect 10. We were on the 3rd floor and had a nice view. The hotel reception staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
