Holiday Inn Express & Suites la Place Reviews

The room was very nice and comfortable. However, they charged me an additional fee even though I pre-paid for the room. This is unacceptable. I paid in full four months in advance. Then when I try to check out they say I owe more money. Will be filing a BBB complaint on this hotel.

It was a peaceful place. I enjoyed my stay. The sunrise was beautiful there this morning.

The people at the front desk were very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area!

Everything was great from the staff from the rooms being clean nice comfortable everything work but the only thing they still have DirecTV and no movie channels on Netflix when I stay in the hotel I like to watch movies

When I booked this room, I had expectations that one would expect when booking a major name and a room that was the highest priced in this locale. I was greatly disappointed. The place only appeared to have 2 employees; both probably teenagers with little experience at their job. The room had several spots on wall and floor trim that needed painting, caulking, etc. There was a signfiicant stain red stain be the bed that, at first, I mistook for blood. The ice machine was out of order on our floor, along with one of the elevators. The other elevator was very slow and jerky; causing concern. The breakfast buffet the next morning was absolutely the worst that I had ever seen. Again, a teenage mail employee was the only one working the kitchen. The main selection was link sausage which was only cooked on one side. The other side was raw. The scrambled eggs were so overcooked, that there were brown burn spots all over them.. We decided to cut our losses and left without eating, choosing instead to go across the street to McDonalds. Again, HORRIBLE franchise for Holiday Inn.
