"The hotel, which opened last year, had clean and hygienic bedding and elegant decor, making it quite comfortable. However, there were some drawbacks: the room had a strong odor upon entry, indicating poor ventilation. But what was even more baffling was the glass partition between the shower and the room. When someone was showering inside, their body shape could be clearly seen from inside the room. Imagine how awkward it would be for a family of varying ages! Wouldn't it be much simpler to add a waterproof curtain?"

"The location of the hotel is easy to find, just beside the road. Parking is free, check-in was smooth, and the service staff was very welcoming. Dining at the hotel in the evening tastes okay. A simple meal is acceptable. After eating, you can walk across the road and along the river to enjoy the night view. Breakfast is a normal meal and you can eat enough. The room is very big."

"I booked two rooms here and wrote two reviews. My friend said this room was the best. This hotel is great, with convenient parking. There's a charging station downstairs, but it's slow charging and a bit pricey, so I didn't charge there. The lobby is grand and spacious. It's a new hotel, very spacious, and the service is exceptionally friendly. The breakfast is quite rich, with fresh ingredients. The showers are spacious, and the faucets are large. This was my friend's favorite hotel on this trip. I highly recommend it and will stay here again."

"The child accidentally vomited on the bed and soiled the bedding. I anxiously called the front desk and the room attendant came quickly. I was worried that it would be too dirty and I didn't want to deal with it. Unexpectedly, not only did she not dislike it, I even let me hold the baby and rest on the sofa while she handled it by herself. I asked how to compensate for the soiled items, and she said don't worry, I will just take care of it and put you on new bedding right away. I was really touched to see such concern when I was out with my children. This hotel is really good, both the service and the environment are great 👍"

"We brought our child, and the hotel's facilities and hygiene standards were very high, making for a very comfortable stay and catering to the accommodation habits of young people. The room was very large, about twice the size of a standard room we usually stay in. Finding such a hotel in Jiuzhaigou was a pleasant surprise. I hope the hotel can maintain this level of hygiene, facilities, and service. We'll definitely stay here again next year and will leave another review."

"The service is OK, there are very few guests staying at the Grand Hotel. But what is puzzled is that the breakfast for two people of 60 yuan is changed to the form of food delivery because there are few guests. Although there are staple foods, fruits and eggs, after all, the type cannot be selected. I am not full and it is not very delicious. It is recommended that the hotel cannot provide breakfast normally. It can be noted at the time of booking. Or ask for the opinions of the guests, and provide meal delivery service according to most guests' requirements. For reservations that include breakfast, it should not be cancelled at will, even if there are porridge, steamed buns, eggs and a few side dishes."
