We had a wonderful stay in this hotel . The hotel staff 小玉 is very friendly and gave us a lot of good suggested places to visit around .

I had a very pleasant stay here. The person in charge of my room, "Xiao Su" , was extremely warm and helpful. Even when I messaged her late at night because of my travel schedule, she responded quickly and patiently. I was also worried about where to leave my luggage after check-out, and she helped me solve the problem right away. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, though the sink had a bit of water drainage issue. Overall, it was a really nice and cozy stay, and the location is very close to Shuhe Ancient Town. They also provide afternoon tea, which was delicious!

They updated my room to a super huge room without me asking. I appreciate the gesture, but this does not mean I am giving a good review. My room had a supposedly smart automatic toilet which didn’t work, and the toilet bowl is placed not in a convenient way. Beyond a nice looking hotel, what is more important is customer service and warmth. It seems their staff is lacking that, and the guy at the front counter just answers my queries very transactionally.

We booked 2 nights at first, then decided to extend another night upon arrival. Our designated butler 小麦was very friendly and helpful. She handles our luggage even we arrived early. She helped us when we faced problems with transport bookings. The rooms are cozy and clean. Breakfast are provided and the food was nice with mixture of little western and local delights. (Food were served at their sister hotel. The sister hotel also worth to check out and stay) Yulong Snow mountain can be viewed on third floor with ample seating provided. Hotel location is walking distance (600m) from Shuhe Ancient City (束河古镇). A little bit about visiting months. We came on mid September. Most of times were cloudy without rains but view wasn’t that good. We were visiting a few place just to catch the summit view of Yulong but ended bit of disappointment. End October will be better month as in our friends described (He is there with families now). Lesser rain falls and coming to Autumn. Skies are perfectly clear. Don’t forget to check out the cafe and restaurant next to the hotel. Well,do text or call the hotel. They are happy to assist you, as we experienced.

The breakfast is also good and the rice noodles are delicious. The service is great, especially Xiao Tao, who is very enthusiastic in helping with luggage and recommending places to go. There is also an interesting incense listening activity. The hotel is very close to the wilderness!

I booked a creek view king room, the balcony faces the bamboo forest and stream, and the birdsong in the early morning is very healing. The decoration is simple and log style, the overall cleanliness, and the bedding is soft. The breakfast is good, the ingredients are fresh, and there is afternoon tea to taste. The environment is unique, suitable for parent-child or empty party honeymoon travel, the recommendation is very good and the cost performance is very high. The first choice for natural vacation, the details need to be optimized, but the overall experience is worth it!

This inn is absolutely beautiful, full of charming, traditional touches, every corner looks like a movie set! No wonder it’s a popular filming location for so many variety shows. The breakfast was generous and delicious, featuring local Yunnan specialties like rice noodles, such a treat! A special thanks to Xiao Jiang for the amazing one-on-one service. We were even upgraded to a pavilion suite where we could enjoy stunning views of the snow-capped mountains right from the balcony, plus a lovely bathtub to relax in. Highly recommend!

Because the hotel helped to upgrade the snow view room, it must be beyond expectations. The hotel is divided into two buildings. The decoration style of the old side is more ancient, and the facilities are a bit aging, but the scenery is still very good, and you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance; breakfast is in the new building. I visited it and the environment is very good. I would like to stay in the new side if I have the chance. The B&B is near the gate of the ancient city, and it is only a 3-minute walk away. The location is good

The beautiful observation deck has unobstructed views of the snow-capped mountains. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, the buffet breakfast is rich in variety, and it is convenient to dry clothes. Disposable items are very easy to use, check-in and check-out are convenient and fast, and the free pick-up service is very nice!
