The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The facilities were well worth the price.

Expected more, but it was ok

Good hotel near metro stations and bus stops. Convenient location for reaching every corner of Lisbon by all means of transport. Even taxi stand is just opposite the hotel. Many restaurants nearby. Good comfy bed. Specious room. Clean bathroom. Excellent housekeeping services. Breakfast is good and many options to choose. No complaints at all.

The best hotel in Lisbon

Stay in Lisbon during the blackout period, the staff at the reception were very helpful, we felt safe, we were able to charge our phones. Proximity to Campo Pequeno (with shopping and hot meals), close to the metro, train station, bus. Cleanliness OK. It's a pity that the hotel doesn't have a coffee/tea machine, in most previous destinations this is already standard. I recommend.

The air conditioner didn't work and the room was very hot. And you couldn't open the window because the hotel is under the flight path and it was very noisy. The room was ok. Free mineral water was only provided on the first night, and no more on the following nights.

There is no facial tissue or kettle. The room is decorated artistically. There is a bullring not far away, which is convenient for eating and shopping. It is only a few euros to take a taxi from the airport. Bolt is very useful in Lisbon.

The room facilities are super good and it is really big in Portugal. Highly recommended!

There is a handsome guy at the front desk who can speak a little Chinese. The hotel room is a little small, but it's OK. It's in a very quiet area, far from the old town, but taxis in Lisbon are very cheap. There is a breakfast shop downstairs that you can try. There are also many restaurants around.

Very average. Very noisy in the morning

The service of the front desk staff is poor. When staying for two nights, water is provided on the first night. The second night has to be paid separately. One bottle costs 2eur. There is no room service at night. If you need anything, you have to go to the front desk to get it.

Uncomfortable room

The hotel is very close to the train station, which takes about seven minutes to get there. It is not convenient to go to other attractions. It's just that the hotel is located in a relatively flat area, there is no need to go uphill or downhill, and the breakfast is average
