I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every night. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially loved the rooftop pool and the stunning city views from there. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel staff was very unfriendly...no cleaning service. And misplaced my 100rmb deposit. And was trying to refuse to give It despite proof that it was paid until my local friend shouted at them.

Good hotel worth with money location is not too bad cleanliness is okay

The service is absolutely the worst. The staff service is the worst and they are unfriendly. It seems like a family run business, but I think they should hire more staff to provide better service. The staff should reflect. The service is not worth even one star.

If you don't speak Lao, I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel. The owner couldn't speak any English, and when I asked questions in English, she didn't understand at all. On top of that, when I encountered some issues, her attitude was extremely rude, and she was completely unhelpful. There were many mosquitoes in the room, the shower room had a bad smell, and there was a gecko inside!

I recently stayed at Athenee Hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Mixed feelings about the staff. The check-in person was clueless, didn’t speak English/unable to communicate, and was busy playing games on their phone. Other staff were more communicative, but the initial experience was negative. We requested airport pickup twice before arriving, but got no response. The room was dirty with dead flies and hair. The water was cold, and WiFi only worked temporarily after we complained. The last day (after two days already with no hot water) we had also no tab water so NO WATER AT ALL!!! After sharing our anger - all we got was laugher and „apologies“ but nothing to make the situation better… we even had the impression they don’t take us seriously… No room service or drinking water was provided. The location is okay, but breakfast was poor—just eggs, sausage, and dry toast. After asking, we got some bananas. No coffee or drinks were available. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. We felt unwanted throughout our stay. We had better service in $8 hostels. Overall, not worth the money and wouldn’t recommend. Stay away from this place! Only plus was the spacious room and comfy mattress.

The hotel is not easy to find: LOCA app for local taxis does not see this hotel so the passengers must pin the location on the map themselves. The entrance is not really representative - guests have to enter the "Mister Donut" shop which has predominant sign over the door while the information about the existence of the hotel in this place is just a banner on the pavement. The room price includes a breakfast but it is served from 8 am which makes it impossible to get for someone who must leave at this time (please note that many hotels serve breakfast from 7 am) Finally, in the description of the rooms there is no information that the rooms have actually NO hot water which - for some guests - might make significant difference. The staff speak very little English so any more sophisticated communication (beyond "Good morning") must be performed using translator apps.

This hotel service was the worst in Laos.  Only one card, No deposit receipt, staff impolite and no speaking english..  I never ever recommend this hotel

The hotel was easily to find and not too far from Patuxay. It was about 20 mins walk to the night market or if you would like to get the car or tuktuk via application the price is quite good since the location is great. There were restaurants and cafe around there too. The staff are so helpful and friendly. For the room, it was exact like in the pictures but some part of the room still have hair. Overall, worth the price!
