"Upon check-in, there were no slippers. I called the front desk, and they said they would send some up. When I went down to the front desk, they said they'd deliver them. That night, I slipped and fell in the shower because there were no slippers. The next day, I had to contact Trip.com to get slippers. It took three hours after Trip.com intervened for them to be delivered, and a local staff member brought them over looking very unhappy. The service is terrible. I called the front desk in the morning to arrange a car, and no one answered. If service is important to you, I'd be cautious about staying at this hotel."

Upon check-in, we were offered a tour, which we decided to take since calling a taxi or figuring out transportation to our destinations seemed like a hassle. Honestly, it was much cheaper than any tours we found online. It's definitely worth checking with the hotel about their tour options! My only minor complaint was the absence of a hairdryer. Other than that, everything was excellent! The hotel was about a 30-minute walk from the station. We felt safe as there were police officers stationed at various points along the way."

"The location of this hotel is average, about 5 minutes' drive from the pier in the city center, but it takes 15 minutes to walk. There are no special businesses or shopping places nearby. There is a KFC across the road and I had two meals there. The hotel was renovated about 20 years ago, so it has a very shabby luxury feel. The hotel's elevator also needs to be opened manually, which is very nostalgic and not modern at all. But it is also a hotel that meets the basic requirements."
