"This hotel is incredibly luxurious and upscale. I encountered some issues before checking in, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful in resolving them. Thank you so much! Your hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Anshan! The hotel service was excellent! All signage was in English, making it very convenient for expats who don't speak Chinese. My expatriate relatives raved about how convenient it was for accommodation and dining, especially the English descriptions of the restaurant dishes, which was fantastic! It really has an international feel! The swimming pool is beautiful, with excellent water quality, perfect for exercise and relaxation! The gym was clean and tidy, and I felt very comfortable exercising! The restaurant also had a wide variety of delicious dishes! Everything was absolutely fantastic!!!"

"This time, I stayed at the newly opened ”Shan Na Bian” (On the Other Side of the Mountain), nestled in a valley with an exceptionally good environment and fresh air. **Facilities:** This is a hot spring hotel that just opened in late September, so all the facilities are brand new. The indoor space is ample, featuring both indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, an electric toilet, wireless charging, and electric curtains, among other amenities. **Hygiene:** Cleaning was prompt and thorough, and the indoor areas were spotless. The indoor hot tub was clean. If you prefer, you can also request a re-cleaning of the tub right before you use it, under your supervision. However, since the glass doors to the courtyard open wide, some insects might get in, which is probably unavoidable and up to personal tolerance. **Environment:** The hotel's setting is excellent, located in a valley with incredibly fresh air. Soft background music is played constantly, which is very relaxing. **Service:** The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and polite, regardless of their role. Special shout-outs to the old master who looks after the deer and the staff member who takes care of the capybaras. The hotel's late-night diner and breakfast were also very good."

"Upon entering, there was a transparent plastic sheet on the floor, the lampshade was crooked, and the textiles smelled of smoke. The tissues were also quite something; I struggled to pull one out for ages, only to realize the packaging hadn't been opened. The shower had very little hot water. I got completely undressed and turned on the water for a long time before realizing I had to turn off all the cold water to get even a little bit of warmth. I ended up having a lukewarm shower with a tiny trickle of water. I'm not sure why there were planes flying overhead, but they were quite loud. On the positive side, there were welcome cookies when I arrived, and they tasted good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices."

"It was my first time staying at Wuhuan Hotel. I came here because the room rate was very favorable. Although the rating was a bit low, I felt really good when I checked in. The front desk was very friendly. Seeing that I had a lot of luggage, they helped me carry it upstairs. They briefly introduced the switches of various lights in the room, which was a bit complicated. Other people's comments were more or less biased. In short, the overall feeling was very good. If I have the opportunity to come to Anshan in the future, I will stay here again…"
