"Good for the price"

"The room was delightful. Clean, comfortable and  well laid out. The shower was amazing and the bed was super comfy. Having a washing machine/ clothes dryer was so good. The kitchenette was very good it had everything you could want. We were given drink vouchers to use at the sky bar but the sky bar was closed. The day spa was not operational unfortunately. I was not impressed with the food however.  The restaurant was fully booked so we had room service. No dressing on the salad, despite requesting it the next meal.  Breakfast was very disappointing, coffee in paper cups is really bad if you’re sitting at a restaurant to dine. The buffet breakfast was poorly cooked, the scrambled eggs were horrible."

"The room is clean and suitable for small living during the driving journey. The second floor needs to carry luggage by yourself. Trip.com helps to change to the first floor. The room that started gave was a big bed and two small beds. The refrigerator freezer was broken. With Trip.com's help, it was a lot comfortable to change to a big bed room. Good value for money, clean rooms, but the surrounding is not very convenient."

"Good comfy spacious hotel room incl laundry and dryer in the bathroom. Kitchen on the side with table etc. Big balcony as well. Some little detail errors (e.g. lamp not complete and or not being informed in advance about certain service (brekkie) not being provided"

"There is a parking lot, the lobby is relatively large and air-conditioned. There are two restaurants near the lobby. The room has a large balcony, and you can see the green and hills outside the balcony, which has a good view. The bed is moderately soft."

"Had a great stay at Gladstone Central Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Convenient location close to shops and restaurants. A comfortable and hassle-free experience—highly recommended!"

"I have stayed here a couple of times and overall it's a nice place to stay. I was just a little bit disappointed with my second time stay when I had to call the mobile number to get the access code to get in. Nobody answered and I left a voice message and also a text message. I waited for around 15 minutes making a few more calls to the same number during this time before someone finally got back to me. I'm a frequent traveller and I always get a text message with the access code from those hotels which use such systems. I hope that this is taken in good faith to improve this process making it easier for guests."

"Our stay here although short has been amazing. We stayed in a 2 bedroom waterfront view apartment with plenty of space, nice quiet area and fantastic service through concierge after a mix up with our booking. A short walk from shops and restaurants. Spacious apartment, comfortable beds maybe a few extra towels would be nice otherwise a fantastic stay. Well worth the money to stay here as our first stopover from Gold Coast to Airlie Beach. Would stay again."
