"We stayed one night at the weekend in the old tower and booked DeLuxe category. The room was way too cold upon arrival. Even after switching off the aircon the temperature did not raise. The whole building is so much cooled down and there is no carpet in the room. The night was extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t enjoy the stay at all. The door in the shower room does not prevent the water enters the floor in the bathroom after a short time, so the room was flooded, the foot mat soaked. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel until they have changed the temperature protocol and improved the shower doors, laid carpets in the rooms. Beside that I can say the breakfast buffet was great. The Filipino dishes were delicious, the lettuce leafs fresh and cut in small pieces as you expect it, the juices (pink apple, orange) were really great, eggs made to perfection, nice Ambiente and Interieur in the breakfast restaurant, friendly and caring staff in sufficient number, they cleaned up and refilled in time - there was no complain, we enjoyed the breakfast so much and it paid off for the trouble with the room."

"There was only one power outlet, and the frequent power outages were a bit inconvenient. It seems like a good value-for-money hotel. I'll consider it again next time..."

"We had a great stay! Our room was clean, beautiful and spacious. We super enjoyed the bath tub in the balcony. The staff are all very friendly, quick and accommodating. The gym is also surprisingly nice. And oh, we totally love the Japanese toilet! We just have a few comments for improvement. The welcome drink should have an option to be delivered to the room. We were not able to get it, since the rain was pouring until the evening, and going out to the bar is not very convenient. Also, the elevator to the pool/gym smells funky. The basement parking is not giving 5 star hotel vibes. Lastly, it was not clear that the breakfast buffet is a semi-buffet only. Overall, we definitley had an amazing stay."

"Pros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well. Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use. No spa So little toiletries given The breakfast buffet situation. The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside. We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat. You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests."

"Exceptional Stay and had an amazing experience at the glory Hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and good design. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The location is good. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Great Stay at Park Inn Clark! We stayed overnight at Park Inn Clark as a group of two, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is especially convenient if you’re attending events in the area. One thing that could be improved is the check-in process. Since our stay coincided with a peak period due to conferences, the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed. It would help if the hotel could streamline room assignments in advance during busy seasons to ensure a smoother, faster check-in for all guests. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Park Inn Clark again. Highly recommended!"

"The location of the hotel is relatively remote, in a village, it feels like the form of Chinese farmhouse, the grab can't be positioned, breakfast is normal, there is a big sofa, you can sleep, it seems to be a free airport pick-up."

"It is located in a quiet, upscale residential area, so the security and quietness were good. The facilities were decent and cleanly managed, and the staff was friendly. There were no particular shortcomings, but it might be a little awkward for non-Korean customers. A Korean buffet was provided for breakfast, and the taste was okay. I had a good rest."
