It truly lived up to my expectations. The luxurious and grand rooms featured stunning views and were full of pleasant surprises. The breakfast was equally impressive – exquisite, delicious, and incredibly lavish. My only minor complaint would be the steep price.

We brought our kids here to celebrate Children's Day. The hotel called me beforehand to inquire about our preferences and even decorated for the occasion, preparing numerous gifts for the children. The staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They also offered a complimentary breakfast at the Executive Lounge, and the food quality was outstanding. The changing rooms, located on the third floor, offer direct access to the Grand Resort Deck, where we spent two consecutive days. The facilities in the changing rooms were very upscale, comparable to a high-end spa in Shenzhen, complete with a sauna and steam room. During check-in, a staff member personally escorted me to the room and provided a detailed introduction, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an exceptionally satisfying experience!

The hotel itself is incredibly opulent, and with fewer guests, it provided a serene and comfortable atmosphere. Our guest room was impeccably clean and tidy. At Galaxy Resort, the views are absolutely stunning, and the rooms are quiet and spacious! I came for Show Lo's concert and picked the best hotel in the area!

The room was spacious, and the jacuzzi was very comfortable.
Turndown service was excellent.
However, the breakfast selection was a bit limited.
