這次一個人帶長者出遊 ，考慮最多的就是方便，因為第三天要從威尼斯人坐港澳快線去香港太子，新濠明星滙是性價比不錯的選擇。
房間乾淨整潔，面積也不小，床品很舒服，酒店服務人員的態度很好，回答問題很專業及全面。房間的小食和minibar是免費的，吃完還可以再要一份，退房日的話就不能全要，可以提供部分。
下次帶小朋友來也住這裏，裏面的遊樂設施和餐飲購物都能滿足。

服務態度挺好的。
早餐很一般，大概是國內四星級酒店的水平。
房間床鋪/地毯衞生及其堪憂。孩子三歲不到，我們帶了自己的隔臟純棉被罩床單去，孩子也穿了長袖連體睡袋。第一天晚上睡醒什麼事沒有，第二天早上客房來換過床單後，午覺睡醒和晚上睡到凌晨一點半不到，孩子哭醒説有蟲蟲咬，一摸腿上全是起的疹子。仔細檢查後衹有腿上有，貼着床墊的部分尤其嚴重。我們都沒給孩子吃任何致敏的食物。出了這個情況酒店也衹是來人問我們要不要去醫院、給換了個房間，第二天叫車送我們去口岸、提供延遲退房和娛樂設施打折…一晚上折騰都沒幾乎沒睡。我要這些幹嘛…下次不想再住這家了。到底誰説的這家是親子友好酒店…

Beautiful stay where we were blown away by the size of the room and amenities
Pros: Huge bathroom, huge bed, huge wardrobe
Everything was super clean
Good sound proofing
Water temperature was good
Apart from check in taking a while, we love our stay
Cons:
The check in process took a long time, each person needed 10 minutes to check in and its a popular place so overall we waited for over half an hour. But at least there was Complimentary water and popcorn during the wait

新濠影滙開的時間也挺久的了，但是這次入住個人感覺保養的還不錯 就是洗澡的地方不太方便 酒店樓下有donki和麥當勞 雖然還是要步行一段距離但還是比較方便的了 總體來説比較推薦

位置優越：酒店位於路氹連貫公路，交通十分便利，二樓直達輕軌蓮花站，距離倫敦人、巴黎人等熱門景點步行不到10分鐘，周邊餐飲、購物設施豐富，無論是出行遊玩還是日常消費都很方便。
服務貼心周到，會把小朋友的洗漱用品送到房間。摩天輪也很有特色，小朋友坐的很開心。

第一次入住新濠，巨星滙。簡直哇塞。澳門很多服務都沒有微笑的，不愛多説一句話的，我也早就習慣了，沒想到新濠是不一樣的存在。前台小哥哥一直真誠微笑，然後還主動跟我聊天，問幾個寶寶啊，男孩子女孩子啊，主動詢問要不要小童拖鞋，洗漱用具等，還問我要不要帳篷。天呢，孩子聽説有帳篷，開心壞了。酒店其他服務人員也是基本全程微笑服務。來安裝帳篷的服務人員，那認真的態度，讓我敬佩。 衞生的打掃的很認真，細節都注意到。晚上還有傍晚打掃客房的服務總體來説，體驗很好，下次首選新濠了。

Our family stay was an absolute delight from start to finish. Traveling with our two children, aged 5 and 10, we were wonderfully cared for by “Jindy” from the Thai Front Office team.
From the moment we checked in, her service was exceptional. She personally arranged for our luggage to be sent to our room, which was a fantastic two-bed room with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a delicious cake and a lovely kid's amenity waiting for us, along with complimentary drinks and snacks in the room.
Jindy was incredibly sweet and courteous, providing us with excellent assistance and thorough information throughout our stay. Her attentiveness was a significant reason our family trip was filled with so much happiness.
We created wonderful memories, from enjoying a ride on the swings together to savoring the delicious Zhen Dim Sum at the hotel. The convenience of having a Don Don Donki supermarket right there for our shopping needs, along with a variety of other shopping options, was a major plus.
The heated swimming pool with its stunning skyline view was the perfect touch, especially considering the very affordable price. For any family planning a trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel
