第二次入住，總體還不錯，就在最後一天退房時，出了差錯，體驗感一下子就扣分了，而且是很不應該發生的，提醒各位退房退按金，特別是用zfb、wx、卡付按金的一定要看清，有沒有少退按金，最終還是圓滿解決了問題

Got upgraded to a suite again, loads of space, although couldn’t get the shower to work but I love taking a bath in hotels more than shower so it wasn’t a big deal for me.

第二次住老永利，體驗感略差。13:30到酒店辦理入住手續，告知要15:00才能入住，15:10過來問説還沒有打掃好，最後將近16:00才住進來；辦入住手續的時候問是否需要吸煙房，我説需要，結果給房卡的時候説備註寫着無煙房，就很無語。另外值得注意的是房間小冰箱裏的飲料都是免費的，最底下有張單子寫着取出超過60秒會自動扣費。

Very good hotel in a good location. Room is quite large. Service is very good and all employees are very nice. Special recommendation the bar. Good cocktails and self made chips. Haven’t tried the breakfast in the hotel.
