The hotel is very convenient. Many restaurants nearby. Overall, quite good.

Hotel is centrally located in the old historic town of Madrid, Spain . Room very spacious with excellent bathroom. Coffee making machine provided in the room with lots of storage space. In the vicinity of the hotel are lots of restaurants to dine around. We had our lunch in Chinese buffet restaurant with 14 euros for each person charge . 24 hour Burger King, and other many local Spanish restaurants are around. Almost all the historic sites are near by to visit Just one drawback of the hotel major drawback is they don’t have parking. But there is a near by paid parking for 29 euros a night.

I ought to give five points because I like their room, it’s clean and beautiful, people in the front counter were all nice. But there was one thing let me feel uncomfortable, we came back to look for our stainless steel themos mug, which was my mom’s gift, I swear I left it in the room but unfortunately the housekeeper didn’t report it ，so emmm

A bit all but good location. Recommend. Big room enough for a couple. Close to many famous tourist attractions. One night approved

the location of the hotel is near the plaza espana and puerta de sol, it's very convenient to go there on foot. The cleaning condition is normal, not so bad. Some dirts appear on towels make me not comfortable. And no toothpaste is provided, not friendly to someone who only has the toothbrush. The space is large enough. In general, the hotel is ok.

Highly recommended. Top location and good services.
