"This is a very nice, high-end hotel. They have outstanding service, amazing breakfast buffet, and nice facilities. They provide airport transportation free of charge. The rooms in Anda China II are very modern with impressive high-tech features and a beautiful view of the city and mountain. The staff was very attentive and helpful, bringing ice up to the room, loaning us a bottle opener, making fresh brewed coffee at breakfast, changing currency, and answering our many questions!"

"No AC unless in your room. No phone in the room to order room service. Ordered at reception and received the wrong food. Went back to get it corrected and it arrived under cooked. Check out is an absolute nightmare too, giving me bills for other rooms instead of my own. Otherwise it's clean and looks nice, staff are friendly enough."

"After being allocated a smelly room (I guess they are rarely used so get stale) we asked for a change and got a fifth floor room which was fine. It’s a pretty basic offer but perfectly ok. Staff were helpful, and the pool was nice too. The airport shuttle worked one way but not back (“not on Sunday”). Breakfast was a bit basic but ok. As others have noted there are no dining options nearby other than the Ibis itself so allow for that when booking."
