The hotel was positioned perfectly for our trip to the O2 Apollo. All the staff at the hotel were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The room was superb and the breakfast was excellent.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The toilets and towels are dirty and request made to staff are seldom entertained. Disappointed with the service.

Good size with large bathroom, coffee table and sofa make extra comfort, mattress is very comfortable as well

We have stayed in Manchester for few days and go to Lancaster for a week and then come back to Manchester again. The receiption is very helpful to us in arrangement of checking in. The room is tidy and clean. We are happy with our stay here. And will revisit this hotel for next time.

Hotel was central and only a short walk from the train station. Rooms was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely book again

This was my first time staying at this group of hotels, and I had a disappointing experience. I stayed for a total of three nights. The hotel has two elevators, but most of the time only one was operational, which serves more than 300 rooms. This resulted in long wait times when going up and down.
Additionally, the service was absolutely unacceptable. I called for extra towels at the gym twice, but unfortunately, no one responded to my request. Furthermore, I found the sauna's opening hours, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, to be inconsistent with standard practices that accommodate guests. Most hotels aim to prioritize their guests' needs, but this hotel does not seem to share that perspective.
I believe this is a significant issue with their management team. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, as I feel it is not worth the money.

Our room was clean and spacious. However, the bathroom needs to be serviced as water entered the main room when we used the bath or shower.
The breakfast was excellent and we had a comfortable and pleasant stay overall.

The service was great and the waiting area was fabulous. The only problem I would say that the amenities given in the rooms are ridiculous. In what world the hotels started to not give free waters per day just to save the planet???? Other than that, I would also criticize the lack of cleaning tools given in bathrooms. I couldnt find any cotton swaps.
