Aparthotel Adagio Paris Centre Tour Eiffel Reviews

I came to Paris for my birthday trip. The room I booked gave me a superb view of the Eiffel Tower, especially every night. I would say this apartment is value for money, given the price paid for the view. However, 3 large items have disappointed me badly. 1) I was overcharged for the tourist tax. I only found out on the last day during check out that the tourist tax was counted via number of pax, instead of per room. I only had 3 pax staying in the room but was charged the tourism tax for 4 pax, which is the maximum capacity of the room I booked. I did not have the time to pick this up on my last day as my driver was already here and I was rushing to my flight. I am very disappointed with the dishonesty I have faced here. 2) Security is a big issue. I have placed “Do Not Disturb” tag outside my room, but someone still entered my room to pick up the portable heater which one of your staff delivered on the first night. I had many valuables in the room and hence I indicated “Do Not Disturb” as I don’t wish for anyone to enter. This is a big security breach and it happened on my second day of stay. I went down to the reception in the evening instantly when I realised someone has entered. The reception just told me that they are deeply sorry and they can’t do anything, and asked me to see the manager the next day instead. The next day, in the morning at 10:00am 31 Oct 2025, when I asked to see the manager, the reception kept telling me the manager wasn’t available. Even when I came back at 6:00pm the same day, the reception still told me the same thing - manager wasn’t available. It seems like the reception is just hiding and preventing me from talking to the manager. This is utter rubbish. 3) Facilities in my room were not working - the heating rack in the toilet was not working, the lamps in the living room were not working. My entire room was so poorly lit. For a hotel chain under the Accor group, I expect something better.

Slightly horrified at the disrepair, from the black mould, damp, run down interiors, broken toilet seat and bath panel, faulty electrics leaving us in the dark in the living area; I don’t think it would have passed UK health and safety regulations, I’m just confused as to how the review rating was so high which made me book this stay.

Waking up to such a beautiful view absolutely is a perfect trip! The environment is clean, and there’s even a convenience shop downstairs — super convenient! 🫶🏻 Staff is friendly and helpful too

Unfortunately didn't have daily room service. And I have a problem with the cost! In trip' receipt about € 1500 , Was the final price of the place for 6 night s. But we payed more . Totally we payed € 1910 , with city tax.and I don't understand why?! Please solve my problem. Thanks

Location of the hotel is superb, near metro and attractions. Walking distance about 10-15 minutes to Eiffel Tower. We booked queen bed for 4 nights. However, when we checked in at 11pm on 1/9/2025, the room given was not cleaned. There were pillows and used bedsheet at the given room. We were surprise and came down to report it. Due to unavailability, we have been given double bed connected into one, which was not comfy for us. One of the lift was under repair on 5/9/2025. It took 15-20 minutes to checked out since the morning 5/9/25 till mid day where only 1 lift working- a lot of guests waited too long including us! Meanwhile, during the week we stayed, the internet connection was on and off where there was maintenance carried out based on notice in the room. Should plan better to minimize interruption to the hotel guest. Overall, ok for the strategic location and the Aparthotel brand which is well known hotels chain worldwide.

We stayed on the 28th floor and had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. We were very happy and satisfied. Everything was great.

The hygiene of the hotel is terrible. Several cockroaches were walking inside the room and the fridge all the day. We have called the customer service but they didn’t help. The room has no cleaning service unless you pay or stay for over a week. It is not recommended to stay in this hotel. What a disappointed experience.

Very good location! Short walk to many attractions, restaurants, supermarket, shopping mall, metro station etc. Short stroll to Eiffel Tower.

Well located, good service. Antara hotel yang affordable dan berdekatan dengan Eiffel Tower. Spacious untuk 4 orang adult.

There is no free luggage storage available. The room was big and clean. It is fully equipped with necessities. We can made a meal in the room. However, one of the lift was not working, and there is only 1 lift available.

The room size is great for family of 4. The kids enjot the bath tube and we enjoyed to cooked and had our meal with Eiffel view for the reasonable price. The breakfast was great. You must try the fresh orange juice.

Very good location with Effiel Tower breathtaking view! Well positioned close to shops and restaurants Only downside is luggage storage come with extra cost (small: 3 EUR, large: 7 EUR) where most of other hotels and service apartments are free of charge for this service.

View is perfect but for all amenities you should pay, such as room service, extra clean towels and etc.

I booked the room with the view and the view i got! Loved it and enjoyed it a lot. Room has everything you need. As for the location i think its good if you are on business trip, metro just 5min walking distance, however if you are traveling for the first time i think not the best location, because most of the touristy loc are not in this area. However great stay! Thanks
