Perfectly located hotel right next to the highway Nearby shopping center and bowling alley

Acceptable hotel, clean room but a little small. A little noise from outside at the start of the night but afterwards we sleep like a baby because the bed is comfortable. Reception without staff therefore automatic terminal. Our reservation number didn't work, so it was a real hassle.

Stayed in this hotel in September 2023. Room 18 to be precise. If this hotel was run by a large multinational chain it would be good but simply it’s horrible. Our room smelled sickeningly of Cigarette smoke and had hairs on the shower curtain. On arrival on Saturday at 3pm the room wasn’t ready and we had to ask the maid for it to be cleaned so we could check in and go out. There’s a couple of vending machines that sell crisps etc that take your money and do nothing else. Now, the main gripe about this place is there’s no staff anywhere. Reception is permanently closed. You have to check in by the terminal at the entrance, but beware…IT DOES NOT ACCEPT CONTACTLESS. If you have no physical credit card you’re in trouble. Whilst we were checking in another group we’re trying to check in too. It was simply chaotic. The actual hotel is relatively modern but just not managed well. We couldn’t wait to leave this place. If you are English and visit here and don’t speak French you may be in trouble because the maid speaks no English. The owners of this hotel have got it wrong by employing nobody. We will never be returning. One thing to note… Google maps shows loads of places in the vicinity that sell food etc but Bizzarely it is impossible to get a food delivery.

The room is comfortable. Sufficient surface area. Entry lock. Impeccable cleanliness. Perfect bedding. Flat screen. Blackout curtain. Large parking lot. Friendly staff. No criticism to make about the accommodation. It was perfect. However, I won't say the same about the catering... I was sick the next day after eating at the restaurant... In addition, the smoking area at the entrance to the hotel and under the bedroom windows is disturbing (smoke + noisy discussion until late in the evening) for other guests... Moving this smoking area somewhere other than under the bedroom windows would be beneficial for the peace of mind of other non-smoking guests...

Connecting room, the door was not condemned. We spent a night with neighbors in conflict with each other, horrible!!! Above all, avoid connecting rooms or ask at reception.

Bonjour nous avons moi et ma compagne séjourné à l'Hôtel B and B La Valentine durant la nuit du 20 au 21 avril 2025, l'Hôtel est sympa avec un parking permettant de garer notre voiture en extérieur, par contre le personnel de l'Hôtel avais omis de nous informé que en cas d'arrivé tardive il y avais une borne à l'extérieur nous permettant de prendre réception de notre chambre en cas d'arriver tardive et nous avons galérer à trouver le digicode permettant d'ouvrir le portail permettant l'accès au parking. Dans notre chambre tout été convenable omis le savon directement posé sur l'évier et non sur son socle qui était inexistant. Le petit déjeuner était convenable avec divers produits proposé : jus de pomme, orange, madeleine, viennoiseries, pain, brioche et bien d'autres choses. Le personnel malgré ne pas l'avoir vu beaucoup est courtois et à l'écoute. Je conseille vivement l'hôtel. Grégory et Cathy

SCANDALEUX !! Au vue des commentaires je ne suis pas la seule à avoir été attaqué par des punaises de lit ÉNORME c’est une honte, l’hôtel est sale et je pèse mes mots le ménage bâclé et la salle de bain n’en parlons pas breff ne venez pas ici c’est un conseil .

Hôtel à la ruine, chambre insalubre, attention au punaise de lit nous les avons même emmenée chez nous. Des clients se sont pleins de vol dans les chambres. Nous avons finis notre séjour ailleurs. Agressivité du gérant c’est cadeau, il hurle sur les clients.
