Strategic location with quite lots of parking. Cleanliness can be improved. Otherwise affordable and welcomed with free peanuts snack 😇

The hotel was clean and tidy, though the room was a little small. The surrounding area has many shops, which is a convenient choice. The staff were very friendly.

Urban inn is my go to inn when im in town, but in recent years seems like the maintenance is getting worse! My room water heater is spoilt with some sound buzzing from the water heater! Turn it off and i didn even complain on the spot cause im just tired and went to sleep after my cold shower! Before checking out i did point out the problem with the receptionist

The hair dryer provided wire is broken, dangerous to use, other facilities are in good condition. The room quite clean and at good location near, more shop nearby, convenient.

Quiet room requested. A bit small but can still perform solat in the room. Bunch of dust found under the rattan box. Maybe hskeeping need to double check when sweeping the room ☺️

Easy check in and out. Helpful staff. Convenient location with options of eateries, pharmacy and near Lotus’s. Love the room layout. Quite spacious for us travelling with our 10 year old. Nothing much on tv but we’re ok with it since we’re mostly out early morning and return to sleep at night. Clean common area and room. Toilet got a little bit of mold, quite unnoticeable since using dark tiles. Overall we’re satisfied and definitely staying here again. 👍🏻

Great beachfront location with beautiful views and clean, modern rooms. The staff was friendly, and the pool area was well-maintained. However, the Wi-Fi was slow, and it was a bit noisy at times. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!
