Super disappointed In bed at 9am in the morning and the girl that does the mini bar comes in to my room sees I'm in bed and goes to check contents of mini bar .I tell her come back later but NO SHE HAS A JOB TODO AND CARRIES ON. IT TAKES PRIORITY OVER GUEST PRIVACY. COMPLAINED TO MANAGER HE SAYS ITS MY FAULT AS A PAYING GUEST I HAVE ACCEPT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME IN TO MY ROOM EVEN IF IM IN BED VERY UNUSUAL MANAGEMENT STYLE. NICE HOTEL AVOI TRY RADIOSSION 3400 FT AWAY PHOTOS After that slept with a chair behind the door And cear view of bed from mini bar

Serious mananagment issues here. The Hotel manager is clueless about guest expectations and so it starts from the top and that'd the culture of guest experiences. Had an issue with a staff member invading my privacy whilst I was in bed. Hotel managers view is it perfectly normal and to expect ed. Slept with a chair behind the door. Will not stay Herr again .Nice hotel but manager is Clueless AVOID Svoid AVOID

Next to the mall. A bit hard to park but once you’re in you can access the mall shops and restaurants.

Great hotel and excellent staff

I was very pleased with the hotel. The breakfasts were average, I thought it would be better, the staff was very polite, always helpful. I called Uber, the car couldn't find us, the porter asked for a phone number and explained everything to the taxi driver himself, and upon arrival he even scolded us for waiting for him for a long time))

I originally booked a king-size bed room, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that it was sold out, so I changed it to a twin bed. It's not a big deal, but I hope it can be improved. The lobby staff helped me communicate the location with the Uber driver, thank you very much

The room is large with charming views. There is a large mall outside the hotel, and there is also a stall that claims to sell ********* food. The boss's father knows a little Chinese and is very enthusiastic when he sees Chinese people. It's a good experience👍

The room was OK, clean and hygienic, the breakfast was OK, it was in a shopping mall, it was very convenient to eat and buy things; but you basically have to wait until the time to check in, there were many people waiting in the lobby

I left my water cup on the table in the lobby when I went out, and it was gone when I came back. I asked the front desk and they checked the surveillance. I didn't take the cup out of the room at all, but they didn't let me see the surveillance when I went out. They were either lying or didn't understand. Overall English level is average

It exceeded expectations!

The hotel is located in a commercial district, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. However, the water flow in the washbasin is very small, which is inconvenient. There are not many varieties of breakfast

They are super friendly, the hotel is amazing! It has access to the shopping center and has views of Medellin The super spacious and luxurious room!!! It is located in one of the best areas of Medellín!
