Very nice location, close to the beach and port. Food was good but nothing special apart from wafers for breakfast. Wellness zone rather crowded. Staff friendly. Overall 3,5/5.

The Vestina is in a good location. The only downside I find is that the rooms are not clean. Most of the breakfast buffet is already cleared away, even though it is still within the allotted time. There are also construction projects going on at the moment because the hotel is being expanded. I used to enjoy being a guest at the Vestina. Unfortunately, I can't say that anymore. The room was very small. There was no refrigerator. Breakfast was always the same. The entire hotel was very noisy.

I heartily recommend it, everything is fine. We loved it.

Wspaniały pobyt! Czysty, przestronny pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem. Personel był niezwykle miły i pomocny, a śniadania i obiadokolacje bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Świetna lokalizacja i dobra cena. Na pewno wrócimy!".

Najsłabszy punkt to recepcja- niekompetencja, mylna informacja, brak zaangażowania. Tam potrzeba kogoś z pozytywną energią życiową! Obsługa w większości ukraińsko bądź rosyjsko( nie rozróżniam) języczna. Duży plus dla pana Dominika z obsługi jadalni- zawsze uśmiech i pozytywny vibe👌Hotel skierowany raczej na niemieckiego klienta z naciskiem na 60+ po 22 nie dzieje się totalnie nic. Jedzenie bardzo dobre jedynie po gofry czy naleśniki kolejki spore a i obsługujący chyba dostają tę fuchę za karę😇 Baza dobra choć wymaga odświeżenia, teren wokół hotelu szczególnie wymaga uwagi. Wspólny balkon z obcymi osobami to porażka. Nie ma prywatności leżąc na łóżku przy otwartych drzwiach balkonowych facet patrzy sobie do pokoju.

We are over 80 and wanted to spend a few pleasant days on the Polish Baltic Sea. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with the hotel. Our cell phone was stolen from our hotel room. Unfortunately, a manager at the hotel was unavailable to speak to us. To clarify the incident, on the contrary, after the incident, the hotel staff no longer greeted us, and our room was not cleaned. The food was also not what we were used to on previous vacations on the Polish Baltic Sea. We therefore cannot recommend the hotel.

An absolute disaster. We left for our vacation on Monday, full of anticipation. The entrance area suggested a reasonably well-maintained accommodation, but the first glance into the room caused a major commotion. The rooms (superior double rooms) are nothing more than functional and far less than a haven. The wardrobes and doors are greasy, the floor is stained, and the shower is covered in black mold. This is the feedback from two rooms, as we requested a different room on the very first day. The first room was an economy double room. The same disaster, only without a balcony. The breakfast is careless, the coffee tastes like it's already been drunk. Furthermore, the staff is very unmotivated and unhelpful. The location is the only thing that is great, but that doesn't make the rest bearable for me. We're changing hotels immediately and accepting the expense. I think that's telling enough. As a hotel management graduate, my heart bleeds at the thought of the wasteful location of the hotel.

We had a family room (2 double rooms with a connecting corridor) and half board. The room was completely worn, especially in the bathroom. We locked the door the first night, but the next morning it wouldn't open, and after we called the maintenance man, he told us not to lock it anymore... There are no seats on the balcony, and you could walk onto the neighbors' balconies from there. The food was buffet style, which was OK. You could always find something to eat. The pool and sauna were also OK. However, there's no changing table in the changing room for changing the little ones or changing them after swimming. That was very inconvenient... Parking is also limited, so it will probably be complicated in high season. It's best to book in advance, if at all possible. The place is very nice, but we won't be coming back to the hotel.

Can a single man other than Bud Spencer chase away 14 people in 10 minutes? Yes, a single saxophonist who takes advantage of the offer to introduce himself and all his favorite American tunes to an audience already seated who has not yet paid for their drinks. All of his opponents failed to last through his "saxophone and microphone" performance. It is difficult to give an average in the ratings. The girls who clear away at mealtimes deserve 5 stars, the breakfast offer 4-5 stars, the standard of the dinner is 2-3 stars. Rumor has it that the last chef of the house died some time ago. On 7/16/2024, the buffet offered as a hot meal was completely empty 40, the second 30 minutes before the end of dinner time! This is 5-star rip-off! Since this will be deleted from Google in 2-3 days, I still have to copy this for Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, HC, etc.

Great vacation in a very nice hotel. We were pleasantly surprised after the many negative reviews. There was plenty of food. We always got a seat in the dining room. Rooms were clean and comfortable on the 4th floor with a view of the Baltic Sea. Right on the beach promenade. Parking spaces were pretty scarce. Drinks were cheaper than on the promenade. The only negative thing was that all four of us got Corona the day after we returned.

As always, clean room and great location. We have been coming every year for many years, but after our last stay I wonder if I will come back. The hotel doesn't even accept reservations for parking. I don't understand the explanation of the unpleasant lady Agnieszka from the reception that people come and go. I also didn't like the translation: I can't park near the windows because the guests booked and paid for it. A lie, because I parked there a few hours later and no one asked me to pay. Additionally, at breakfast, pancakes should be served to everyone in a warmer and there should be at least 2 waffle irons for waffles!!! The children waited 25 minutes in line for breakfast for a waffle and a pancake!!! It would be worth developing the lawn by the pool. You can add deckchairs, swings for children, etc. You have a fantastic location. Take advantage of this and we will come back more often.
