"這家酒店對是喜歡民宿且自駕遊的人是5.0的評分，在子浦町到伊浜町之間所有的民宿中，酒店所處的位置和景色是無與倫比的。並且停車場至少可以停2輛車不算擁擠！適合輕度聚會、放空愜意等小型聚會活動。 缺點1: 該民宿應該是針對自駕遊旅客的，乘坐公共交通工具的旅客實在是不適宜。我們是從下田市車站坐的下賀茂方向的bus，約1個小時（包括等車時間）左右到達下賀茂，直接換乘坐伊浜方向的bus到達一丁田下車，然後沿着國道136步行大約20多分鐘即可抵達目的地！11月份季節下午大約16:30左右天就黑下來了。步行的20分鐘夜裡實在很恐怖！ 缺點2: 子浦町和伊浜町都沒有餐館，也沒有便利店，衹有自動售貨機！非自駕遊的旅客需要在下田市採購必須的晚餐和早餐實物。酒店有廚房、冰箱等設施，自帶食品可以加工。有天然氣！ 缺點3: 上午從伊浜方向回下田市的bus班次很少。衹有8點以前有三班，基本上學生坐的比較多。然後上午再無bus通勤。在子浦町上午11:36有一班到下賀茂的bus，再從下賀茂換乘到下田市車站的bus。酒店是上午11點退房，所以必須徒步從酒店走到子浦町大約需要1.5個小時左右，全是山路！ 缺點4: 酒店入住是自助式的，門上有鑰匙盒，出發前最好與預訂方確認好鑰匙盒的密碼，否則即使順利到達酒店也無法入住！希望能換成其他簡便的入住方式。否則，天黑下來後，野生動物還是比較活躍的，且周圍約1公里範圍內沒有任何可以幫助的人。且20-30公里範圍內沒有可替換入住的酒店。衹有返回下田市（約50多公里）才可以！ 在這裏非常感謝子浦町當地淳樸的一位朋友，他和他夫人把家裡僅剩的零食免費提供給了我們，讓我們在酒店度過了一夜（本來計劃是在子浦町採購物資的）。子浦町和伊浜町屬於釣魚維生的小地方，出了豐富的魚資源，其他的物資都需要驅車到下田採購上來。推薦喜歡釣魚的旅客，拿出時間來子浦町和伊浜町海釣！ 缺點5: 酒店式鋼架式結構，對手機信號影響很大，酒店也沒有wifi可用。手機信號差，流量也斷斷續續。酒店後面是136國道，車輛通過的噪音還是比較明顯的，另外富士山靜崗機場的飛機起降聲音也可以聽得到。個人感覺沒有超過噪音設定的標準值。對於睡眠輕的旅客就不是很友好了。 最後重要的一點，不要有語言障礙！"
