"I checked in at 8:30 PM, and was ready to go to the public bath, but was told that the reception closes at 9:00 PM. That was strange from the start. There was hardly any explanation about the time limit during check-in. Reluctantly, I went to the bathroom in my room. After washing myself completely and about to rinse, the hot water suddenly stopped. I asked my husband to contact the front desk, and after they checked, we were made to wait for a while. We shivered in the cold, and finally the hot water came back on. They made some excuse like, "We used too much hot water throughout the building today, so we ran out (??) and the water couldn't reach the 5th floor?" I was furious. There was no apology the next day either, and I decided I would never use this hotel again. The breakfast was also surprisingly disappointing. The quantity and quality were so poor it wasn't even worthy of a breakfast. I absolutely cannot recommend it. I was fooled by the size of the room. You should definitely avoid Hotel Livemax!!!"
