"Perfect location to either hike right from hotel or easily get on local bus to other trailheads. Rooms were super clean--Really good breakfast- many choices. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Wellness area nice--they have boot room for wet hiking boots. Just a very nice holiday. Thanks!!!"

"We spent a week at the Berghotel during a family reunion in the Dolomites. The set-up was wonderful for this type of trip - we each had our own rooms, but could get together in the common spaces. Meals were a particular highlight with a reserved table for breakfast and dinner. And while the kids are picky eaters, they could always find things to eat from the salad buffet or have a plain pasta, while the adults enjoyed a 3-course meal. It's also a good fit for older children who can enjoy the pool and playground, but don't require babysitting or a kids club. The views are gorgeous and it's great to be able to walk to nearby trails and huts, or take the bus (while the bus generally worked, there were a few times where it filled up and we had to walk to an earlier stop to get picked up)."

"We've stayed here before, both in winter and summer. The staff and collaborators are incredibly welcoming, professional, helpful, and organized. We also had a very positive experience with the ski school, which is available on-site. The services are functional and adequate for a family hotel. Beautiful location."

"What a wonderful stay we had at the Strasserwirt! This is what true hospitality should be. Passion and dedication are evident in every aspect of their work. Nothing is left to chance. "We stayed in a group of 50 people for 4 days. Nice facility. Panoramic location. Staff were friendly enough but lacking in hospitality. Any serious negatives? The spa is located in the basement of the annex. You can imagine that at -10°C, walking 30 meters in slippers and a bathrobe isn't exactly the best. The downside was the food: breakfast was like a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star. Dinners were appalling. The quality was extremely low and the quantity was very, very low. I've been going to the Dolomites for 20 years, but I've never eaten so badly. Everything needs to be reassessed, starting with the chef and the restaurant staff. I could never return."
