Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

Facilities: Very complete, smart bathroom is very convenient, you can think of the needs, if you can have a makeup mirror, it would be better to put a trash can next to the mirror. There is also a tent in the parent-child room, and the small bed is very cute. Hygienic: Every place visible to the naked eye is very clean, and the room that people can rest assured that there is no smell. I used to bring disposable bedding, but this time it was useless. Environment: A few minutes drive from the scenic spot. The interior decoration is my favorite style. Service: The pick-up service is thoughtful, the group communication is built in advance, the breakfast is rich and nutritious, because I don't want to live on the first floor, I upgraded the parent-child room on the second floor, and did not make up the difference.

I originally booked a standard suite, but before check-in, the butler, Qingqing, added me on WeChat and communicated with exceptional attention to detail. Perhaps noticing we were on our honeymoon, she discreetly upgraded us to a suite overlooking the hotel's gardens. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking view of greenery, instantly uplifting my spirits. Most thoughtfully, she printed my WeChat profile picture on a leaf – such a small gesture was incredibly touching. The room amenities were Aesop, even the toothbrush was exceptionally comfortable, and there were even scented teaspoons and earplugs by the bedside. The balcony was enormous, and I contacted the staff to ensure the soaking tub was thoroughly disinfected, which gave me peace of mind. Near the reception on the second floor, you can buy mugwort sachets or herbal packs, which were especially relaxing while soaking in the hot tub. Qingqing thoughtfully sent us the hotel's service manual and brochure. She recommended we try the Chinese restaurant and the Friday and Saturday buffet dinners, and they were all excellent. The hotel also offers bookings for photography, spa, and cocktail experiences, perfect for couples or friends to relax and enjoy. She even showed us the hotel's ”King of Rooms,” a private floor with a starry sky ceiling for gazing at the night sky. I need to work hard to earn money so I can bring friends or my family to stay on the top floor next time! The hotel has a great location, close to Tianmu Lake, Nanshan Bamboo Forest, museums, and Highway 1. It's also newer than Zhuxi Valley. I'd love to bring my kids here to experience the children's area and infinity pool when we have children. A heartfelt thank you to our housekeeper, Qingqing, for her attentiveness and professionalism. She made this trip more than just a vacation; it felt like cherished moments of life.

We stayed in a loft-style room with our child. The room was very spacious; even if two adults and two children stayed together, it wouldn't feel cramped at all. There was even a bag of building blocks in the room for the kids to play with. With the heater on, it was very warm both upstairs and downstairs. I've stayed in many family-friendly hotels with my child, and this one is definitely the best in terms of service. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic. Before check-in, the butler kept in touch with me about various activities, and the hotel kept bringing us things—drinks, fruit, afternoon tea, and a heartwarming bowl of porridge in the evening. We were already full just from the complimentary items! Li Rencui from the housekeeping department was very warm and attentive, even washing our child's clothes for us—we felt so bad! We hadn't made a reservation for afternoon tea, but the staff proactively arranged something for us. The staff member next to the hot pot pool was also very attentive, constantly reminding the children to check their feet for blisters if they soaked for too long. My child soaked for too long and refused to get out, resulting in wrinkles on their feet, and the staff member even thoughtfully found some band-aids for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends bringing their children; it's like the Haidilao of the hotel world!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

A small fresh homestay in the mountains. It is really a highlight of the trip, and people can't help but want to share it. From the moment I stepped into the homestay, I felt the warmth and comfort of home. The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of parking spaces and charging equipment. It is surrounded by green mountains, and the environment is elegant and quiet, as if you are in a paradise. Because we are two adults and two children, we were upgraded to a loft room on the second floor for free. It is spacious and bright, with excellent lighting, clean and tidy, and a fruit and beverage basket was given. The details show the care of the homestay owner. In terms of facilities, the toilet drains slowly and needs to be pressed for a longer time. But other homestays really have everything, and they are all very modern. The swimming pool is just under the outside window👇, which is great! It is particularly worth mentioning that the homestay owner also provided thoughtful service and suggested that we go to the hotel for dining and swimming, saying that the swimming pool there is larger and more comfortable, which makes people feel very thoughtful. In addition, the staff of the homestay are all handsome men and beautiful women, and they will say hello, which makes people feel full of enthusiasm. In the B&B, you can not only enjoy the comfortable accommodation environment, but also taste the local fruits, which is really a pleasure to stay in. The room was spacious and even had a small balcony. The facilities were a bit dated, and there was a slight leak under the sink. It was convenient to access the hot springs from the hotel, and we could even wear the hot spring loungewear back to the room, which was a thoughtful touch since our bathrobes were already wet. However, the auntie at the fruit counter in the hot spring's second-floor lounge area had a very bad attitude. Also, when I asked a waitress at the restaurant entrance about the heartwarming congee, she had no idea and I had to point to the sign for her. There's a serious lack of training there. On the bright side, the breakfast area was right next to the kids' play area, so adults could take turns eating while the kids played, which was great. The butler service was very attentive; they even reminded us daily not to miss breakfast and were very knowledgeable about attractions, which was very helpful. I especially want to praise the heartwarming congee served after the hot springs. It was made with freshly picked shepherd's purse from spring, which was incredibly comforting for a light hunger after a soak.

My friends and I chose to visit Liyang during the Dragon Boat Festival. The hotel is relatively new, and the staff are quite enthusiastic. However, Regarding the 'complimentary room upgrade for consecutive stays (subject to availability)': We didn't receive it. They said the twin room we booked was already the best available. Another point is that a cleaning lady knocked on our door at 9 AM and, after no response, directly swiped her card to enter. This area needs further training. Also, when we returned to the room later, the bed and pillows hadn't been tidied up.

物超所值，因為是突發奇想來玩的，所以凌晨聯繫的酒店，前台小姐姐很熱情，不僅給我們找到了離酒店最近的位置，還出來接我們，並且辦理入住的時候給了我們一間看湖景最好的房間，還提前打開了空調，直接舒適入住！並且因為我們是凌晨入住的，雖然提前和我們説了早餐時間，但是我們起不來就沒打算去吃早餐，誰知道居然給我們留了一部分特色早餐，在我們起床後送過來，超級貼心！！！很感謝啊！！！然後酒店套餐包含景區門票，前台在退房的時候也細心提示我們到景點的時間和距離，並給了我們一個比較省時的路線，遊玩性拉滿！出門之後，酒店的迎賓大爺也很熱情，和我們説周邊好吃好玩的地方，賓至如歸啊！ 這次來常州的短暫之旅因為這家酒店變得很美滿，下次再來玩的話肯定還會選擇這家店的！ 再説一萬遍！這家酒店湖景房很漂亮！！！
