Urumqi Mountain view Hotels

The Urumqi Intercity Hotel was our last stop on this Xinjiang trip. The location is excellent, less than a 30-minute drive to the airport, and the surrounding area is very convenient. Both the hotel lobby and the rooms are comfortable, and the service was outstanding. They welcomed us with ice cream upon arrival and even offered a late-night snack. It's suitable for both business and leisure. Five-star rating!

酒店真的很新很漂亮！食物種類很多：） 提供雪場接送！ This is the best hotel to go for if you’re looking to have a perfect ski/snowboarding trip around Ürümqi area. Hotel is very clean and innovative, which they use a robot to deliver food and other items. Hotel is equipped with 2 washer and 2 dryer, and they work great! There is also a 24 hour gym room available too! For me personally, I really enjoyed the aesthetic design of the hotel, lighting and the atmosphere are fantastic! I wanna special thanks to the front desk staff called苏比伊努尔 and 冉孜亚, as well as the driver called 库尔班江. They’re super helpful and tried their best to help while I’m sick!! Their exceptional service quality truly warmed my heart ::)) I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again next time if I travel to Ürümqi again!!! :)

Traveling to Xinjiang, I passed through Urumqi on both the outbound and return flights. Luckily, both hotels I chose were excellent.璞舍沁院 (Pushe Qinyuan) is relatively close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area, surrounded by other hotels (at the intersection of Qingdao Road, Guangzhou Road, and Shanghai Road). It's easy to get around, yet quiet and comfortable. There's a satellite plaza nearby and plenty of dining options. The hotel's exterior and interior design are very unique, perfect for taking photos. The front desk staff, breakfast service, and airport shuttle were all attentive, enthusiastic, punctual, and efficient. The self-service laundry room and gym were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The foot massage on the basement floor was very professional and offered good value for money. The room wasn't huge, but it was very comfortable and suited my needs perfectly. Highly recommended!

My stay at Conrad Urumqi was exceptionally comfortable, and I absolutely have to commend Bettie at the front desk. I arrived at the hotel feeling a bit tired from my journey, but Bettie greeted me with such a warm smile during check-in. She was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, and her tone of voice was so pleasant and approachable. The check-in process was smooth; she was very efficient and took the time to thoroughly explain all the hotel information, covering every detail thoughtfully. I genuinely feel that her sincere smile and thoughtful service are truly rare and instantly melted away my travel fatigue, leaving a wonderful impression of this trip. I'm very grateful for Bettie's dedicated care and highly recommend everyone to experience it!

First off, the front desk service was excellent – the staff were all smiles and really adorable, making us feel very comfortable. The room itself was clean, tidy, and cozy, with good natural light and a decent size. It was also pretty quiet. The whole room was smart-controlled, which was cool. There's a 'food street' nearby with plenty of dining options, making it convenient for eating out and exploring. Plus, there's a night market close by with delicious food – I highly recommend checking it out!

The hotel is new and clean. It occupies several floors of a bigger building. All the facilities work well, including free use of washing machines, which we valued much. There are lots of eating outlets around the hotel, though you will need to take a bus to get to the bigger malls, and the International Bazaar. The bus top is just about 100 to 200m from the hotel, and hence provides easy access. Otherwise, the Didi works too. The breakfast area is small, and the spread is reasonable but not too big, with coffee and bread (for those yearning for western spread). Front desk service is very good, with friendly and helpful staff.

The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. The cleaning staff were on top of daily tidying and proactively replenished drinking water and supplies, showing great attention to detail. The common areas were spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast and smooth, and facilities like the TV and air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, it's fantastic value for money; the service, cleanliness, and environment are all top-notch. It's suitable for both business trips and tourism. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely book again next time!

The hotel's cleanliness and service were truly impeccable. Stepping into the room, my first impression was how sparkling clean everything was – the bed, desk, and floor were spotless. The bedding was pristine white, soft, and had a faint fresh scent. Even the bathroom faucets and corners were thoroughly wiped clean, making me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. The service was just as heartwarming: the front desk staff were friendly and efficient with the check-in process. Room service was incredibly quick; whether it was a charger or an extra blanket, it arrived within minutes. Every time I returned, the room had been discreetly tidied and refreshed. This level of detail and thoughtfulness has made me unreservedly choose 🍊 Hotel as my top choice for future trips. I will definitely be back!

Neither good nor bad, just okay. The front desk staff on the day was quite impolite. I was a bit tired and just wanted to book a hourly room to rest for a while. Hourly rooms are usually for 4 hours. However, the staff called me directly when I hadn't even been there for 2 hours, asking if I wanted to extend my stay. Not only did it disturb my rest, but it also wasn't even close to the time to urge an extension. I told them I wouldn't be extending, and they just hung up without another word. Was that their way of kicking me out?

This hotel is excellent because it’s central to everything you need to see, including having two metro stations close by. The hotel is clean, modern and equipped with smart toilet and the water pressure in the shower is brilliant. The bed is comfortable and the room very spacious. The room is a smart room controlled by Xiao Du. Great value for money!
